Thank you for choosing Majestic Pines RV Resort for your upcoming stay. Please read below for important information relating to your stay.
By Accepting the terms and conditions listed below, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Majestic Pines RV Resort.
Majestic Pines RV Resort makes every effort to keep reservations according to requested specifications whenever possible, however, we are unable to guarantee a specific lot number or location. Majestic Pines RV Resort reserves the right to change lot assignments without notice. No refunds or reservation discounts will be given due to changes in park or lot specific amenities.
Majestic Pines RV Resort Rental Policies
Reservations at Majestic Pines RV Resort are restricted to RVs ten (10) years or newer, including Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, and Travel Trailers. Pop-Up campers are not allowed. RVs that do not meet the 10 year age restriction, or vehicle type will have their reservations cancelled and will not receive a refund. Rental rates are based on two (2) person occupancy per RV site with an additional charge of $8 per guest and/or children (maximum of two people per site, per night) and only two (2) pets within breed and weight restrictions.
Payment – is due at time of booking your reservation. If a balance exists, it will due immediately upon arrival. Majestic Pines RV Resort will only accept major credit cards, cashier’s check, or money order. No Cash will be accepted.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds –
If it is necessary for you to cancel your RV reservation, the following rules apply:
Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to check in for daily/weekly sites, will be refunded in full less a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations received between the scheduled check in time and 48 hours prior to the scheduled check in time will receive no refund!
Reservations for extended stay sites are subject to a non-refundable $100 deposit. Deposits will be applied to the extended stay site rental at check in. Cancellations of extended stay sites will forfeit the deposit.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your Cabin reservation, the following rules apply:
Cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to check in for cabins will be refunded in full less a one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
Cancellations received between the scheduled check in time and 48 hours prior to the scheduled check in time will receive no refund!
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS
NO REFUNDS FOR SHORTENED STAYS
Check-In– All Guests are required to check in at the Park Office to pick up your rental packet. Check-In Time is 1:00 pm. If you are to arrive after hours, your welcome package will be placed outside the office door with your name boldly written on it. Inside your welcome package will be a site map with directions to your site, door codes, and other helpful information.
Departure time is 12:00 AM on your departure date. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in a charge equal to one days rent at the published rate for that time period. We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to hold harmless Majestic Pines RV Resort, it's employees and other agents, for any adverse actions related to acts of god or any issues caused by other campers or persons on property, whether authorized or unauthorized.
