Terms of Service

Payment & Check-in/Check-out:

  • Advanced payment is due at time of booking your reservation. Any balance not paid in advance is due upon arrival. 

  • All processing/booking fees are non refundable. 

  • No refunds are issued for early departure or inclement weather. 

  • Check-in is anytime after Noon on the date of arrival. Check-out is anytime before Noon on the date of departure. Check-in is required at the time of your arrival.

  • Holiday and Event Weekends: For holidays and event weekends, a two night minimum stay is required and cancellation falls under our separate holiday/event weekend cancellation policy. (See cancellation policy)

Site Regulations: 

  • No outside firewood. Any wood used for fires must be purchased at the camp store. Thank you for protecting our trees.

  • Only one camping unit per site (Exception: two tents are allowed per tent site.)

  • Vehicles must be contained within the gravel of the site and not protruding into the road. Please no driving or parking on the grass.

  • Sewage and gray water must not run on the ground

  • Please do not move the fire rings. No ground fires are allowed.

  • Please do not move picnic tables from their designated sites.

  • Protect our trees. No clotheslines allowed, and please do not pound nails or tie anything around trees.

  • Please do not burn trash. Dumpsters are located at the shower house and at the entrance to the campground. If trash is found littered around site or in the firepits a cleaning fee of $25 will be charged.

  • Quiet time is observed from 10pm-7am

  • Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, or any possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated at any time.

  • 8 people maximum per site.

Pet Regulations: 

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times

  • Pets cannot be left unattended

  • Pets must be cleaned up after on every site and anywhere on the complex.
