Nevis Campground & RV Park
Terms & Conditions 2/2022

In the event of severe weather, tune radios to 92.5 FM. You are in Hubbard County.

Check-in begins at 2pm. Checkout by noon.
Must be at least 21 years of age to rent a campsite. No one under 21 without a parent.
Payment in full required for all bookings before stay.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and will be enforced.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws on property.

ABSOLUTELY NO: Loud parties, cutting trees or harming vegetation, firearms, paint, chemicals, clotheslines, drones, hanging anything from trees, fireworks, keg beer, controlled substances, tiki torches, excess noise from dogs or radios or televisions. No mattresses/sleeping bags/cots of any kind allowed outside.

Please refrain from driving ATVs or any other recreational vehicles in our campground OTHER THAN on the trail indicated (FOLLOW TRAIL SIGNS!).
One RV and family per site. No tenting without permission.
Sub-leasing of RV’s not permitted. Extra guests not permitted.
Speed limit 5 MPH through the property. Watch for children!
Dogs are the only animal allowed at the campground; dog allowed on leash around campsite/walking trails, kept quiet and cleaned up after IMMEDIATELY. No more than two dogs per campsite.
Campfires allowed only in fire rings; NO garbage or glass in fire rings. Extinguish campfires if leaving campsite or turning in for the night.
Do not dump chemicals or additives or hygiene products into your sewer lines.
All sheds, decks, flower gardens or any other addition to seasonal site must be approved by park owners prior to adding.

Please use recycle bins provided for aluminum, plastic and glass.
Please use dumpster provided for trash.
Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or visitors.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles.
We reserve the right to terminate the stay of ANY guest with no refund for violation of these policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity or safety our campground and/or guests.
Service animals may accompany a disabled person.
No refunds for early departures.
