Terms of Service

                                                              NORTH BAY SHORE CAMPGROUND "CAMPGROUND" RULES 

CHECK IN - 2:00 PM      CHECK OUT - 11:00 AM                 

QUIET TIME - 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

  • I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Campground Rules, including those rules and policies posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any Manner by North Bay Shore Campground (“Campground”) Management. 

  • I agree to pay my balance due upon check in, If not North Bay Shore Campground reserves the right to charge my card for my reservation amount due after the 3rd day of not paying my balance.

  • I agree, to allow North Bay Shore Campground to charge a $50.00 late fee each day to my card on file until balance is paid. 

  • I agree, North Bay Shore Campground is a family friendly campground. All visitors to the campground under age 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Visitors under age 16 shall not be left unattended on the campground at any time (including the areas surrounding the BBQ grills, fire pits, pool, community land and other amenities).

  • I agree, illegal activity is prohibited at all times. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is permitted in moderation on the Campground by guests age 21 and over, who drink responsibly at all times. The Campground maintains the right to ask guests to leave who are not drinking responsibly or are permitting underage guests to consume alcohol.

  • I agree, my children, invitees and guests assume full and sole responsibility for all actions, inactions, accidents, injuries, and damages to all persons, pets, vehicles and property occurring on the Campground. Each guest understands and agrees that the Campground and its staff, employees, agents, owners and directors are not liable, responsible or accountable to any guest for any injury, accident, or damage that occurs on or at the Campground. 

  • Pets are welcome, but may not be left unattended, they must be kept on a leash at all times and pick up all pet waste immediately and dispose of it. The Campground is not responsible for any injury or damage to any other pets or guests at Campground. All guests agree their pets are up to date on vaccinations. All guests agree that at any time that their pet becomes aggressive or disruptive (excessive barking, growling, biting, destroying property) they will be asked to leave and there will be no refund for the remainder of their stay.

  • All firecrackers, fireworks, firearms, guns and all other types of explosives and weapons are strictly prohibited.

  • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sinks. There are 2 large wash sinks located outside of the bathhouse to wash dishes. 

  • Do not leave personal property or items unattended. The Campground is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Each guest is solely responsible for its own personal property at all times.  

  • Speed limit in the Campground is 5 MPH at all times, this is strictly enforced. 

  • Absolutely no firewood can be brought into the Campground, firewood must be purchased from the Campground. When you bring firewood camping, you risk carrying tree killing insects or diseases on the wood. Firewood is $5.00 a bundle (5-6 good sized pieces). Fires in our firepits can not be left unattended at any time.                                                                         

  • Do not flush anything (including wipes) except toilet paper down our toilets. 

  • Quiet time is from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM - No Music or Loud Noises during these times.

Golf Carts and Motorized Vehicles 

  • I agree that only licensed drivers are permitted to drive Motorized Vehicles and Golf Carts on the Campground and that all vehicles are insured. NO motorized vehicles such as ATV’s, go-karts and dirt bikes are allowed on the Campground at any time. 

Pool 

  • There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at the pool. All Guests swim at their own risk. Horseplay and diving into the pool are prohibited at all times. Food and drinks (no Glass Bottles) must be consumed outside of the pool area. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. All guests assume all risks involved in use of the pool and agree to indemnify the Campground, its owners, agents, directors and employees from and against all claims, costs, fee, liability of any nature that may arise by reason of the guests use of the pool. 

  • No pets are allowed in the pool area. 

Cabins 

  • Cabin 1 is a Pet friendly cabin, only dogs are permitted in this cabin, no other pets. The Max amount of pets is 2. Pets can not be left unattended in the Cabin at any time. 

  • Absolutely No Pets in any other Cabins, IF PETS ARE FOUND TO BE IN ANY NON-PET FRIENDLY CABINS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDITALTY AND TO PAY A PET CLEANING FEE OF $50.00. IF DAMAGE IS DONE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DAMAGE AMOUNT. 

  • No Smoking in any Cabins. 

  • Please take all trash to one of our 2 dumpsters located on the grounds of the Campground.

Recreation/Game Room

  • No children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the Game Room without adult supervision at any time. 

  • I agree, I am responsible for ensuring that all my guests are aware that the Game Room is Closely Monitored By Cameras, and assume the financial responsibility of broken or damaged games. 

  • Smoking is not permitted in the Game Room.

  • No food or drinks are permitted near the games. 

 

We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave due to non-compliance of Campground Rules, and fees will not be returned. Since Camping is an Outdoor experience, no refunds will be given for inclement weather. No refunds will be given if a guest decides to depart early for any reason. As stated in rules above, We also reserve the right to charge your card for your reservation amount due after the 3rd day of not paying your balance. If you fail to pay a reservation amount, you will be charged a $50.00 late fee each day until the balance is paid.
