Cancellation Policy

As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Please reach out to Northern Skys Management!

• Transient Rentals: You may cancel your reservation with a $5 cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival, you will be charged one night plus taxes and fees.
• Seasonal Rentals: You may cancel your reservation with no penalty up to 60 days prior to the season starting. Cancellation within 60 days will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
• Holidays/Special Events: You may cancel your reservation with a $5 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
