Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are based on a 2-person occupancy. (extra charge for additional occupants will apply).
  • All reservations are subject to site change.  No specific site is guaranteed.
  • Reservation dates are strictly enforced.  You must call the office and advise of any changes in arrival and/or departure dates.   
  • Site is forfeited the day after arrival date, if there has not been previous communication with the resort. 
  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date to receive a full refund.  A $10.00 cancellation fee will be applied after 30 days.
  • Reservations made for one week or less, must be paid in full and are non-refundable.  
  • No refunds will be given for early departures.
  • We reserve the right to change our rates as of May 1st every year.
  • 2 pets per unit maximum.     

Rules and Regulations

  • All guest and their visitors must register with the office.
  • Check-in begins at 12 pm, and Check-Out is 11 am (no later).
  • Quiet time in the resort is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Drive carefully, watching for people and pets. The speed limit of 15 MPH is strictly enforced. (Vehicles/Carts/Bikes).
  • Do not drive/walk through lots occupied or vacant. Stay on the roads while walking, riding or driving.
  • Park (vehicles/carts/bikes) on your site and in designated areas ONLY. A 2-vehicle MAX is allowed. More than 2 require permission.
  • Motorcycles or ATV's for entry and exit of the resort ONLY.
  • Pets: While pets are welcome, they are your responsibility. They must be kept on a 6ft leash at all times and are not to be left unattended.  Please keep your pet quiet and CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.  They are not allowed in or around the clubhouse areas. No breeds or mixes of Rottweilers or Pitbulls are allowed. No exceptions.
  • Anyone under 18yrs. of age are allowed a max of 2 consecutive weeks. They must be accompanied by an adult at All times. 
  • Swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, NO exceptions. Hot Tub is for Adults ONLY, no one under 18 yrs. of age.
  • Keep our park clean! Do not leave garbage outside.  Garbage goes in the compactor or the dumpster area.
  • Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted in any buildings. Designated areas are posted near buildings. Please dispose of cigarettes/cigars in the receptacles. NOT ON THE GROUND!
  • Clotheslines are permitted under your awning.
  • No Political or Offensive signs/flags/banners.
  • Mailroom on resort. Mail/packages can be sent or received here during mailroom scheduled days/hours.
  • Service fee will be charged to repair damage to water lines, electric meter posts, etc., caused by negligence.
  • Propane gas filled at scheduled hours. Check at office.
  • Do not drive through lots or walk through occupied lots.
  • Park only on your lot.  Respect your neighbor.
  • All construction must be approved through office.
  • Lots must be kept neat & tidy!
  • Grass cut by park wherever 72" mower will fit & within 1 ft. of unit.
  • Watering subject to local restrictions.  No irrigation systems or sprinklers, hand watering only.
  • Children allowed a maximum 2 weeks stay.
  • No Gravel Driveways.
