Terms of Service

Old Orchard Beach Campground is a family establishment. All guests making reservations and registering must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any guest(s) making reservations or arriving at check-in who do not meet the requirements will have their reservation canceled without a refund. All the guests of a party will be asked to present a valid form of identification.

A deposit of two nights' fee, including tax and booking charges, will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of booking; the balance is due at check-in. Booking fees are non-refundable. Sites and Rates are based on one sleeping unit, one vehicle, and a family of two adults and two children; additional charges may apply. No more than eight guests can be registered to one site at any time. 

Specific site number requests will be honored when using the lock site feature. 

Cancellations of RV Sites are accepted 15 days or more before arrival, less a $50.00 service fee. Cancellation within 14 days or less of arrival forfeits the minimum deposit & booking fees.

Cancellation of Cabin rentals
90 days or more before arrival deposit will be refunded minus the $50.00 service fee
60-89 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
30-59 days before arrival, 25% of the deposit will be refunded
Less than 30 days notice of cancellation forfeits 100% of the deposit

Refunds will not be issued for early departure, eviction, or other reasons. Should you be concerned about the cancellation policy, we recommend purchasing travel insurance through a third party.

Arrival & Departure: RV Sites Check-in time: 1:00 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM, Cabin Rental Check-in 3:00 PM, Check-out 10:00 AM

Cabin Rentals Require a security deposit of $200.00. The deposit will be returned after check-out, providing there are no damages. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the security deposit to be returned to your account if you use a debit card. There is a non-refundable $50.00 per pet fee (maximum of two pets) to bring a pet into a pet-friendly cabin.  Not all cabins are pet friendly. The only pet-friendly cabins are numbers 406 and 402.  If you have rented any other cabin, you are not permitted to bring a pet. 

Pets are welcome at Old Orchard Beach Campground, with no more than two pets per site. We will provide you with a pet policy at check-in. Vaccinations must be current, and a copy of the vaccination record(s) is supplied to the front desk at check-in. Guests with pets who can't provide vaccination record(s) at check-in will have their reservation canceled without a refund. See the website www.gocamping.com for complete details regarding pets.

RV sites are for guests who have an RV. A guest may set up a tent on an RV site with an RV, provided the tent fits on the RV pad.  A tent may not be set up on the grass.  Guests not bringing an RV are not permitted to reserve an RV site to set up a tent.  _________ initial 

Guests under 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub at any time. Parents, please be mindful of this and inform your children if they are under 12. _______ initial.

Firewood- Out of state, firewood is banned in Maine. Please do not bring wood with you from another state. We do have firewood for sale in our camp store. Firewood delivery from an outside entity is prohibited. 

Guests cannot bring or use Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, or children's power wheels vehicles at the campground.
