Terms of Service

Pacific Playgrounds Oceanside Resort is family oriented and strives to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.  Please respect your neighbors and all other guests of the resort. 

Check in / Check out

  • RV Sites: Check in is 1:00 pm, Check out is 11:00 am
  • Cabins and RV Rentals: Check in is 4:00 pm, Check out is 10:00 am

No minors under 19 years of age are allowed to rent any Cabin, RV Rental, or RV site. An adult must make the reservation and be present during the stay.

Cabins and RV Rentals

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, up to a maximum of 6
  • No sleeping tents are allowed
  • 1 gazebo tent is allowed
  • Additional charge per person over 4 is $10.00 per night per person, children under 6 are free
  • NO exceptions will be made

RV Sites

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, up to a maximum of 6
  • If a RV is at the site;
    • 1 RV per site and 1 small tent to sleep no more than 2 people
    • 1 gazebo tent is allowed
  • Additional charge per person over 4 is $10.00 per night per person, children under 6 are free
  • NO exceptions will be made

or

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, up to maximum of 6
  • If a sleeping tent is at the site;
    • 1 sleeping tent is allowed
    • 1 gazebo tent is allowed
  • Additional charge per person over 4 is $10.00 per night per person, children under 6 are free
  • NO exceptions will be made

Cabins and RV Rentals are Non-Smoking. There is a minimum fee of $1,000.00 charged for smoking inside our Cabins or RV Rentals.

Visitors are welcome however must vacate the Resort by 11:00 PM.

The pool is for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

  • There is no lifeguard on duty
  • No food, drinks, or pets are allowed in the pool area
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Pets are welcome and must always be kept on a leash. We provide ‘dog waste bags’ to assist you with cleaning up after them. Please ensure they don’t cause a disturbance to other guests.

No boats, boats trailers, or utility trailers are to be parked at the Cabins, RV Rentals, or RV sites. There is parking at the back of the resort that these can accommodate this.

No additional RV may be parked at the Cabins, RV Rentals or RV Sites whether occupied or not.

All fires must be contained to the fire ring. Unaccompanied fires are not permitted. Please ensure fires are extinguished prior to leaving the site and at the end of the evening.

Disruptive behavior that causes a disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated, this includes loud music and excessive partying.  The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of people on site.

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

No EV Charging permitted in the Resort.

Management can refuse service to anyone for violating our Resort rules, destructive behaviour, or creating a disturbance. Anyone who fails to comply with our regulations will be required to vacate the Resort.
