Cancellation Policy

Daily: A $35 change / cancel fee applies with a minimum 10 day notice. A 25% cancellation fee of the reservation total amount applies between 9 days and 48hrs notice. Less than 48hr notice prior to your arrival date results in a forfeit of payment.

Monthly: A 10% cancellation fee applies with a minimum 30 day notice.  Less than 30-day notice prior to your arrival date results in a forfeit of payment..

No refunds for unused portions of stay. No refunds for bad weather, "emergencies", or RV trouble...please consider having insurance cover these expenses.  Notice period is calculated by when staff confirms your cancellation. Please cancel via email or phone.  Exceptions to the policy can only be given by the General Manager upon review.
