Pecanland RV Park Rental Policies
Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival, unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking.
Campers/Motorhomes Must be in Good Working Order: Reservations at Pecanland RV Park are restricted to motorhomes, fifth wheels and campers in good working order (no broken windows, missing/damaged siding, torn/damaged awnings, tarps, etc. are allowed). No tent camping is allowed.
Payment – Payment in full is due prior to your stay and prior to any extensions of your stay. Payments must be made online via Campground’s booking site, a link to which is available at pecanlandmhp.com. No cash, checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks are accepted.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds: Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to Check-In are subject to refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee and any third-party booking fees paid directly by Guest to Campspot. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before Check-In. No refunds are issued for early departure.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-In Time is 2:00 pm on the arrival date. Check-Out Time is 11:00 am on the departure date. Unauthorized extensions beyond the Check-Out Time will result in a charge for the additional unauthorized day(s) at the published daily rate. We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover. All guests are short term guests of the Property, they are not tenants.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly property, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
Waiver and Indemnification: Pecanland RV Park is owned and operated by Pecanland Mobile Home Park, LLC. By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Pecanland Mobile Home Park, LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pecanland Mobile Home Park, LLC from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Pecanland Mobile Home Park, LLC may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group.
Non-Renewal, Termination, and Prohibited Guests: Pecanland RV Park reserves the right not to extend any guest’s stay and to terminate a guest’s stay early, subject to refund of any unused nights. Registered sex offenders are not allowed on the Property and Pecanland RV Park reserves the right to remove from the Property any person who is a registered sex offender.
