Pine Grove Campground Terms & Conditions

Check-in time---3 pm
Check-out time---1 pm
Check-out time for Cabins---11 am
$5 per hr will be charged for early arrival and late departures.
$10 per hr will be charged for camper/cabin rental early arrival and late departures.
Quiet time 11pm-8am
ALL RATES ARE BASED ON 2 ADULTS AND UP TO 4 CHILDREN, 17YRS AND YOUNGER, PER NIGHT.
Must be 21 or older to book a reservation.
NO PETS IN CABINS/RENTALS.
$100 rental deposit will be added to all Camper/Cabin reservations. This will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if no damage or pet violations in rentals.

Refund Policy:

You can call to cancel at (715)787-4555 or cancel your reservation online at Campspot.

No refunds for holiday reservations. Memorial/4th of July/Labor Day (per site/rental)

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in date will receive a refund less a $30 handling fee. (per site/rental)

Cancellations within 6-14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable; however, your account will receive a credit less a $30 handling fee if you cancel inside that window. (per site/rental)

Cancellations within 5 days prior to check-in are non-refundable. No exceptions.(per site/rental)

Golf Cart Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in date will receive a refund less a $10 handling fee. (per cart rental)

No-Show reservations will be automatically canceled at 8am the day after expected arrival. No refund for No-Show reservations. (per site/rental)

Reservations

2 night minimum on non-holiday weekends
3 night minimum on holiday weekends
Full payment is required when making a reservation.
Additional tent on site is a $35 charge.
$100 rental deposit will be added to all Camper/Cabin reservations. This will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if no damage or pet violations in rentals.

Visitors

Visitors $10.00 +tax

ALL VISITORS must register at the store before going to the site. Visiting hours end at 10pm. Please get your car pass in the store when you arrive. Please advise your visitors prior to arrival, they will be charged a fee for the use of the facilities.

NO visitors admitted after 9pm.

UNDER 21 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT. NO underage drinking allowed.

PINE GROVE SPECIALS - Must call for discounts to be applied. Promo codes can be applied when booking online.

Stay 7 nights, Pay for 6.

Hero Weekend- May 17-19th

Bring a Buddy Weekend- May 31-June 2nd

Golf Cart Rentals

Must be 21 to rent a cart. Must be 18 to operate a cart on property.

Golf Cart $40.00 a day Sunday-Wednesday minus Holidays.

Golf Cart $60.00 a day Thursday-Saturday minus Holidays.

Limo Cart $60.00 a day. Sunday-Wednesday minus Holidays.

Limo Cart $90.00 a day Thursday-Saturday minus Holidays.

Personal Golf Carts must have proof of insurance and purchase a $40 car pass at check-in. No GAS Carts.

Firewood (purchase at the store)

Bundle $10, Kindling $15, Cart Load delivered to your site $30.

LP purchases are available at the store.

Guidelines

For the comfort and convenience of all guests:

Quiet time observed 11pm to 8am.
Campground Speed Limit 5mph
NO bike riding after dark. Children must be supervised after dark.
No Lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are 9am-9pm. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool, lake, and pond.
NO mini bikes, motorized scooters, three or four wheelers.
You can bring in your own Golf Cart if you have proof of insurance and it is electric, there will be a $40 fee. NO Gas Golf Carts.
Dog Control: All dogs MUST be on a leash or an electric collar. Please remember, if your dog is left unattended, it MUST be in your camper. When they are left outside, they miss you, and tend to bark nonstop, disturbing everyone in the area.
No Fireworks on property.
Please be considerate of others during your stay.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Pine Grove Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, visitor, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
