Cancellation Policy

Change My Reservation (online process)

Avoid additional administrative fees and book extra days online or submit a change request online. Change requests must be submitted 4 days prior to arrival date. Changes made 3 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit a fee equal to a one night stay plus the $5 booking fee. We do not communicate by email.


Cancel My Reservation (online process)

Open your confirmation email, click the link, select the Cancellation option, and follow the 2-step email process. Policy requires you to cancel 4 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund minus the $5 booking fee. Cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival will forfeit a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay plus the $5 booking fee. We do not communicate by email.

 

No-show Policy

No-show reservations will be charged for all missed days, date of notification, and the $5 booking fee. If you arrive after your check-in date, you still must follow our check-in policy of 1:00 PM on the day you arrive due to restricted lanes and traffic. No exceptions.



Long-Term stays

Cancellation and/or change of any reservation that is 28 days or longer requires 14 days' notice prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee and $5 booking fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, a $250.00 cancellation fee plus the $5 booking fee will be deducted from your deposit. We do not pro-rate monthly reservations.
