Cancellation Policy

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY:  Holiday Weekend reservations and trailer rental reservations will receive a full refund minus a $25 service fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.  For all other reservations, Poland Spring Campground will issue a full refund minus a $25 service fee if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.  Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged a full deposit.  

DATE CHANGES:  Date changes made at anytime are subject to a $25 service fee.  Date changes for Holiday weekend and trailer rental reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.  Date changes made for all other reservations are subject to a $25 service fee and must be made 14 days prior to arrival.  Date changes cannot be made within two weeks of arrival.
