Terms of Service

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Poland Spring Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poland Spring Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Poland Spring Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Modern America RV Resorts reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Dog Policy: We still welcome your pet as long as the following policies are followed.  Dogs must be registered upon arrival for a fee.  One is included with the site.  No more than 2 pets per site.  

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times and NEVER left unattended while on Poland Spring property.
  • Unattended pets will result in pet eviction.
  • Must be under the supervision of a responsible person
  • Are not allowed in the pool area, playgrounds, or in any buildings.
  • Must be cleaned up after immediately.
  •  Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Check in is after 2:00 PM  till the store closes at 8 pm.  There are no check ins allowed after store closing unless prior arrangements are made with management - Check Out is before 12:00 PM (If you arrive before 2 PM, you will not be permitted to check in).  We do not have additional vehicle parking or trailer storage available prior to check in.  * Early arrivals require management approval and are subject to an early arrival fee of $25.

THERE IS NO CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES IN THE PARK!  CUSTOMERS MUST GO TO A CHARGE STATION AT ANOTHER LOCATION!

TRAILER RENTAL:  PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!  Check in is from 2:00 PM to 8 PM when the store closes - Check out is by 11:00 AM

Reservation holders must be 21 years or older.  We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict person(s) we determine to not meet the criteria without refund.

All members of a party with any person(s) under the age of 21 will be required to provide official state identification upon registration.

Anyone under the age of 21 found consuming alcohol or under the influence of alcohol will permit a call to the Police as well as face eviction without refund.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Please dispose of your trash and recycling prior to your departure at our dumpsters located on your way out of the campground before the gate. 

One camping unit per site. All sites come with a picnic table and a fire ring.  The base site fee includes TWO ADULTS, THREE CHILDREN, ONE CAMPING UNIT, ONE DOG and up to TWO VEHICLES (site permitting).  Any additional people are subject to additional charges.  MAXIMUM ADULTS PER SITE IS FOUR AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CHILDREN IS FOUR.  NO MORE THAN SIX PEOPLE ON ANY GIVEN SITE.

TENT SITES:  Have a maximum stay of 7 nights.  No renewing or moving sites.

VISITORS:  Please advise your visitors that everyone entering the park is required to pay a fee.  You may pre-register anyone arriving later, at check-in, or they can register at arrival.  Please keep in mind there are no refunds for visitor fees.

Please remember that 5 MPH is expected in our campground at all times.

There has been a policy change regarding payments. We now require a full deposit to be made when booking your reservation. That includes any new reservation made for the season as well.

GATE CARDS:  A $25 Key Card deposit is included in your reservation and has already been charged to your site.  One key card per site only.  The key card offers you access through the security gates into the campground.  This is not transferable to your visitors.  Any misuse of the key cards will result in confiscation of the key card and/or eviction of your site.
