Ponce de Leon RV Park Rules

Check In- 1:00 pm - Check Out- 11.00 am

 

1.     Quiet Hours 10:00 pm– 8 am

2.     Rates are for 2 people. Each Additional person is an additional $5 per day. For monthly reservations each addtional person is 50.00 per month.

3.     WIFI is complimentary. It is not meant for streaming videos or downloading large files. Service will be slowed if this occurs.

4.     Network name is: Tengointernet. There isn’t a password.

5.     Use chemicals to help dissolve solids. Do not pour grease, sanitary products or other objects down sewage lines. Use Septic Safe Toilet paper only. There will be a $50 charge if any un-approved items are found in clogged lines.

6.     Florida state law requires a sewer donut to be used on all sewage hoses.

7.     Speed Limit is 10 MPH or less.

8.     Only 2 vehicles & 1 golf cart allowed on each site. Additional storage rental is available for utility trailers, boats, and Jet Ski’s etc.

9.     Monthly Guests - No Permanent structures may be installed without written permission from Park Management. This includes, but is not limited to : Decks, Storage Buildings, Patio’s, Fencing, Trees, and Shrubs.

10.   Items permitted on monthly sites : 1 grill, 1 patio set, 1 outdoor rug, 2 potted plants, solar lights, and up to 4 outdoor chairs. ( all items must be placed in gravel space, far enough from grass for mowing clearance )

11.   Please keep site clean at all times. No trash, pet deposits, toys or laundry/laundry lines to be left  out on your site or in the Park.

12.   Keep bikes parked neatly at the rear of RV and not on grass

13.   No firearms or Fireworks.

14.   Park your RV and vehicles on your designated lot only.

15.   No parking or use of any other site is permitted.

16.   Firepits are permitted as long as the fire is up off the ground and not placed on the grass. Please make sure there is no damage to the grass or concrete.

17.   All trash must be placed in bags and put in the dumpster. Only bagged trash, flattened boxes and very small items are allowed in the dumpsters. There are cameras posted. Any large items such as furniture, mattresses, appliances etc. that are place in the dumpster will be assesed a 100.00 trash fee. This fee will automatically be charged to your card on file. Do not leave any trash on your site, in the bathrooms, or laundry area.

18.   Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time and kept on a leash at all times when outside. All pet owners must clean up after their pet immediately.

19.   RV guests are responsible for the conduct, behavior, and control of their children, visiting guests, and pets.

20.   Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision at all times.

21.   Any rude behavior or public intoxication will result in immediate eviction from the park without a refund. NO SMOKING of any substance is allowed under the pavilion or in any public areas.

22.   Guests are financially responsible for any damage or defacing of RV property. It will be cause for immediate eviction and prosecution.

23.   Ponce de Leon RV park is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

24.   All RV’s must be road ready in case of emergency.

25.   We reserve the right to evict any person who has disregarded rules without a refund. (We reserve the right change or modify these rules at our discretion anytime.)

26. No parking on any areas with grass. ( this inlcudes vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, trailers, boats, etc.) There need to be plenty of room left for the mower to access all areas with grass.

27. All sites must be totally picked up and cleaned before departure. There will be a 25.00 clean up fee for any pet poop and trash left on the ground. There will be a 50.00- 150.00 clean-up fee for any items left on the campsite, This will automatically be charged to your card on file

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Reservations: 

  • The deposit for monthly rentals is the first months rent.  Once you have made a monthly reservation and, paid the deposit, the deposit is non refundable.
  • If your reservation is for more than 1 month and, is canceled less than 14 days prior to the due date of the following months rent, You will be charged for the following months rent.
  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to due date of the following months rent will be charged for their final electric bill at the date of departure.

Nightly Reservations:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date reservation will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee with a minimum of a $5.00 fee.
  • Cancellations made 4-14 days prior to arrrival date reservation  will result in a 50% cancellation fee 
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to  arrival date reservation will not be redunded.

1-3 Weeks Reservations:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date reservation will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 4-14 days prior to arrrival date reservation  will result in a 50% cancellation fee 
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to  arrival date reservation will not be redunded.

Refund Policy

If your cancellation is made 72 hours or less prior to arrival date, for nightly and weekly reservations, there will be no refund.

There is no refund for monthly reservations.

*No refunds on Holiday reservation cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.*
