Refund Policy
- Reservations can only be cancelled by contacting Prairie Oasis Park directly at 403-779-2155
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking, and refunds will be completed in the same manner as the initial payment
- Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to be credited to your card.
- The $12 initial online reservation fee is non-refundable.
- As camping conditions are highly variable, the reservation fee is non-refundable except in the event of a campground closure.
- Refunds are not given for weather, wildlife, insects, water or air quality, fire or liquor bans, vehicles or trailer trouble, closed facilities, advisories (except for a campground closure) or in the case of an eviction
