RV Park Information

Payment

  • Credit or Debit cards ONLY
  • No Cash or Checks accepted 
  • Reservations must be made on quailridgerv.net 

Fees

  • Full RV Hookups (30 & 50 AMP) no tent camping available. 
  • $45 per night
  • $225 per week 
  • $650 per month Plus Electric

Check-in and Out

  • Check-in time for all sites is 1:00 PM.
  • Check-out time for all sites is 10:00 AM.

 

     RV Park Pet Policies 

    • Renter agrees they are renting this space for vacation occupancy and not as a principal residence.
    • We are a pet-friendly park, pet owners are responsible for their pets and any damage they cause within the park. 
    • Please pick up after your pet, poop bags and receptacles are located in the park for your convenience.
    • The pet relief area is conveniently located between spaces 6 and 7 in the southwest corner of the property. Here you will find a mixture of grass and graveled area for your pet. Please remember to clean up after your pet.
    • Pets are required to be leashed except in pet play area.
    • Do not intentionally use other parts of the park for pet relief.
    • Pets should be kept under direct supervision and never left outside unattended.  No use of any type of pet enclosures, fences, stakes or tie out cables is allowed.
    • Excessive barkers should never be left in RV’s unattended.

    RV Park General Policies 

    • 5 MHP speed limit for ALL vehicles throughout the RV Park.
    • Roadways must always be kept clear.
    • Please do not erect any tents, canopies, screen rooms or similar structures. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
    • Clotheslines are not allowed.
    • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
    • Washing RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.  
    • The use of any paint products, or chemicals is prohibited  
    • Please park and set up only in your assigned site. 
    • All sewer hook-ups are required to be airtight.  Elevated hose & connection adapter are DEQ required and shall be off the ground and drain to sewer. No leaking sewer lines or connections.
    • Campfires, open fires and propane fire pits are prohibited in the RV park.
    • Children must be supervised and use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any roads.
    • RV Park tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.  
    • Quail Ridge is not responsible for personal injuries or damages, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicles. 
    • Mail Forwarding & Package Delivery – Sorry, we are unable to accept any mail or packages from any agencies, including USPS, UPS and Federal Express. 
    • No pull through sites are available and please note that some of our sites can be difficult to back into and please know your abilities at backing up as no employee of Quail Ridge RV Park will be allowed to do this for you. 
    • 2 Adults per campsite per RV per night unless otherwise authorized by park managment. 
    • RV’s are not to be delivered to the Park by a third party.
    • Maximum length of stay:  120 days per [SB-608] 
    • All services will be locked on the first day of non-payment and the camp must vacate the premises.

          Quiet Hours and Respect for other guests

    • Established quiet hours are 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
    • No running of generators at ANYTIME.
    • Please respect your neighbors by not walking across other campers’ sites.
    • No concessions or sales may be operated in the park area.

          Park Cleanliness

    • Mutilation or removal of any park property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
    • All sites are to be kept free of litter/trash, including cigarette and cigar butts.
    • Garbage containers are provided in the center of the RV Park.  All household garbage shall be bagged.  (Please crush all boxes and plastic containers.) 
    • Sites that need to be cleaned up will be charged a cleanup fee of $100.
    • If you leave your site a mess you will not be welcomed back.

    Management reserves the right 

    • Management shall have the authority to remove from the RV Park area anyone in violation of the above Rules & Regulations including disorderly conduct or use of illegal drugs. 
    • Management reserves the right to close any individual RV Sites for maintenance. The entire RV Park can be closed by management with a 14 day notice. All RV Park tenants must leave at that time.
    • Management reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to these rules and regulations at any time.
    • By reading this document you hereby agree to accept Quail Ridge RV Park Rules and Regulations stated therein.
