Ranch 3232 House Rules

1. Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in Times:

  • Cabins, Glamping Tents, and Gypsy Wagon: 3:00 PM
  • RV and Tent Sites: 1:00 PM

Check-out Time:

  • All Units, including Cabins, Glamping Tents, Gypsy Wagon, RV, and Tent Sites: 11:00 AM

2. Cancellation Policy for Bookings Made Through Our Website or CampSpot

  • Cancellations 7 Days or More Before Scheduled Check-In Time: We will process a full refund or work to reschedule you to a later date. Your cancellation is also subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be charged to to the credit card used to book the original reservation.
  • Cancellations Less Than 7 Days and More Than 48 Hours Prior to Check-In Time: We will process a 50% refund. Your cancellation is also subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be charged to to the credit card used to book the original reservation.
  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours or Less of Scheduled Check-In Time: We will not process a refund and will not allow a reschedule. Your cancellation is also subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be charged to to the credit card used to book the original reservation. 

Please keep in mind that forecasted weather conditions are not considered a legitimate reason for cancellation without financial penalty. In all cases of cancellation, a $25 processing fee will also be charged to the credit card used to book the original reservation.

As always, please contact us via reservations@ranch3232.com before making a cancellation for Website or CampSpot bookings so we can work with you to cooperatively get the best result for your specific situation.

3. Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed when you are booked in one of our Cabins, RV Sites, or Camp Sites.
  • Pets are NOT allowed when you are booked in our Glamping Tents.
  • Pet Fees (Per Pet, Per Stay): $25 for Cabins and Gypsy Wagon, $10 for RV and Tent Sites.
  • There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit booked.
  • Your pet must be leashed at all times when outside of units, tents, and RVs.
  • Your pet cannot be left on property unattended.
  • You must clean up after your pet (waste bags are provided on the property).

4. Things You Need To Know

  • Please check Blanco County burn ban notices prior to arrival.
  • Property is suitable for children and infants.
  • No parties or events allowed that are not approved by management in advance.
  • No smoking allowed anywhere on the property or in units.
  • Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM
  • Some spaces are shared, including the Community Kitchen, Community Fire Ring, and Bath House. Please clean up after yourself and be respectful of others. 
  • Dangerous animals and wildlife are present on the property. Do not approach or feed them.
  • Scorpions are prevalent in the area. Closed-toe shoes are recommended on premises.  Stay aware and you should enjoy your stay without incident.
  • Do not leave campfires unattended. Put them out when you leave.
  • Dispose of all trash.

Ranch 3232 General Policies, Trust, and Safety: Your Safety is Paramount

At Ranch 3232, our hosts strive to deliver an exceptional Texas Hill Country experience. The great outdoors awaits the moment you step outside your cabin, tent, or RV, and in order to preserve the  wholesome nature of that experience we place a high priority on safety and security. Please review these policies before booking your accommodations with us.

1. Security Deposit

Your reservation at Ranch 3232 may be subject to a Security Deposit hold on your credit card. We reserve the right to place this security deposit hold on your credit card at the time of the reservation. Subsequent to check-out, the hold will be removed assuming there were no observed damages to the accommodation during your stay. However, in the event of observed damages, a fee for the repairs will be charged to your credit card on file.

2. Stay Aware of the Weather

Before traveling to Ranch 3232, check the current and forecasted weather conditions, then prepare, pack, and travel accordingly. Since our campground is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the area can be subject to rapidly changing weather conditions. Sunscreen, wet weather gear, and first aid kits are always recommended.

Also, be sure to always have a smartphone or other mobile device handy so you have ready access to weather alerts and forecast information.

3. Campground Safety and Security

At Ranch 3232, your safety and the safety of other guests is our primary concern. We ask that you respect the rights of other guests and refrain from endangering or threatening anyone.

3.1 Causing Harm to Self and Others

All guests are prohibited from engaging in physical assault, sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, robbery, human trafficking, domestic violence, and any other acts of violence.

3.2 Preventing Hazards and Fires

Discharging of firearms is prohibited, and you should keep all guns and other weapons fully secured at all times. 

While pets are welcome, dangerous animals are prohibited to ensure the safety of all guests.

Fires can easily ignite, particularly during periods of drought. As such, smoking is prohibited at all times. Furthermore, be extremely careful when making campfires and using our BBQ grills to prevent the ignition of wildfires.

3.3 Theft And Vandalism

We take pride in our campground, and ask that you refrain from acts of vandalism and theft. This also extends to the property and vehicles of other guests.

3.4 Law Enforcement Engagement

As part of our commitment to safety, we will work with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as appropriate to help maintain safety in the campground.

4. Fairness And Respect

The Ranch 3232 hosts believe in fairness, diversity, and respect for others. We ask all guests strive to incorporate these beliefs during their stay.

4.1 Hate Speech And Discrimination

We ask you always treat others with respect throughout the campground. As such, you should not treat others differently during these interactions based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious diseases. Additionally, you should always avoid insulting others on these bases.

4.2 Harassment And Bullying

Engaging in harassing, bullying, or shaming other guests is prohibited. 

4.3 Respect For The Community And Environment

Ranch 3232 has a number of common areas that may be shared by all guests, including our bathhouse, community kitchen, picnic area, and community firepit. Please strive to leave these common areas as you found them, by picking up your trash and disposing of it in the available receptacles.

If you elect to bring your pet, please be sure to clean up after them. We have pet waste bags available for your usage. Please be aware that no dogs are allowed in our Glamping Tents due to the potential for accidental damage by your pet.

As you meander around our trails, we ask you take only photographs or videos, leave only footprints, and carry back any trash.
