Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation/refunds must be received no less that (15) fifteen days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund .Reservations must be cancelled by phone during office hours at (315) 365-3000. 

Campground Office Hours:

• Monday - Wednesday: 10:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday - Friday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am-8:00pm
• Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Refunds will be issued back in the same form it was originally paid. All credit/debit card transactions will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used. No exceptions. 

Our Refund Policy:

For RV/Tent Sites:

• 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival - 100% Refund

• 8-14 days prior to your scheduled arrival - 50% Refund.

• 0-7 days prior to your scheduled arrival - No Refund.

For Cottages/Cabins::

• 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival - 100% Refund.

• 0-14 days prior to your scheduled arrival - No Refund.

Refunds will not be given for:

• No shows.
• Early departures.
• Travel delays.
• Holiday weekends.
• Inclement weather.
• If you are asked to leave the campground.
