Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

For all daily /weekly reservations, guests may cancel until 48 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund with the exception of a $25.00 admin. fee. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will forfeit their entire deposit.

Monthly reservations: All Monthly guests will be required a $250.00 deposit which will be put towards last month's stay agreed upon tod upon your monthly fulfillment at the time of reservation.

For all Group reservations that are coming for a holiday or special events such as biker month, we encourage you to pay the lock fee of $30 if you have a big party and want to be next to one another the system can give your site away to accommodate others so the park is at full compacity. The Staff of Rio will not be held responsible for any site changes per our rules and regulations of the park which are sent to you and signed by you.

Rio Verde RV Park does not issue refunds for service disruptions (such as WIFI complimentary basic cable), inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond the personnel’s ability to control nor are their refunds issued for early departure.
