By booking you agree to review and follow Campground Policies and site occupancy limits. Policies can be found on our website.
COVID-19 Policies: I agree that the cancellation policy applies and I will not arrive/stay if I or anyone in my family or close contacts is ill or has been exposed. I will be asked to leave without refund if I or my family does not respect and follow the policies as described online and below. I have read, understood, shared with my family and agree to the policies as provided on the RiverBrook Campground website. Registered guests only. Site occupancy will be kept to a single family. The size of groups gathering within a campsite will be limited to health region guidelines. Electronic payment such as debit and major credit cards is preferred. I am aware that should circumstances and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 change, amendments to or cancellation of my reservation may be required.It is our goal at RiverBrook Campground & RV Park to provide a quality and enjoyable family camping experience for all of our guests. To reach this goal, we ask each of our campers to review, understand and follow our rules. Rule Violations may result in a warning, a fine, or termination camping at the management's sole discretion.
Our Golden Rules: All guests and their visitors must register with the office upon their arrival on property; this is a state law. Speed limit is 5 M.P.H. for all vehicles. Maintain a noise level that is respectful of our other guests at all times; this means adults, pets and children. Fires may not be left unattended for any reason, fire pits may not be moved. Obnoxious intoxication will result in removal from the park by local authorities. Smoking is not permitted in any of our facilities. You must clean up after your pet at all times and places. Cutting or climbing trees and shrubs is prohibited. Tents, Matts & RV Carpets must be moved every three days, if on green grass. Final trash pick-up is at 6:00 PM, please do not leave garbage out after 5:45 PM. Check in time is 1:00 PM - Check out time is 11:00 AM. 4 Adults maximum and 8 total guests per site regardless of age. On RV sites, one tent no more than 10x10 in size is allowed for up to 3 nights for an additional fee.
Aggression: RiverBrook is an inclusive and family friendly environment and we maintain a Zero Tolerance policy on aggressive behaviors. Hate speech and bigotry will not be tolerated; violence or threats of violence will result in immediate and permanent removal from the campground.
Vehicles: In our Campground, a vehicle is considered to be anything on wheels - Cars, Golf Carts, Bikes, Segways, etc. All Golf Cart operators must have signed and returned a Golf Cart Use Agreement and insurance certificate to the office prior to use. All vehicles must clearly display a parking pass on the rear view mirror. All vehicles must be parked in designated areas, not other sites, blocking traffic or on our grass. ATVs, dirt bikes or similar means of transportation are not permitted to be driven or ridden in the Campground. Motorcycles, scooters and mopeds are to be used when entering and exiting the park only. Drivers of any motorized vehicle must have a valid drivers license. Bikes are not allowed on the porch, ramps or in the pool area. No Means of vehicles may be operated at night without lights. Washing or Repair of vehicles at the Campground is not allowed.
Fires, Firewood, Fireworks & Fire Arms: Fires are permitted in designated fireplaces only, between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. Fires should be of reasonable size, with all wood full within the pit. Fires may not be left unattended for any reason. Fire Pits may not be modified or moved for any reason. Discharge of fireworks is not permitted. Firearms are not permitted. Burn Clean materials only, no PT wood, trash or other waste. New Hampshire’s exterior quarantine prohibits bringing out-of-state firewood into the state of New Hampshire. Internal quarantines prohibit bringing in wood from Belknap, Hillsborough, Merrimack, and Rockingham counties
Pets: RiverBrook is a pet friendly Campground. The management team has 2 dogs and a cat - so we know how much your pets mean to you, but we remind you of your responsibilities as a pet owner. All Pets MUST be under owner's direct control at all times. You must clean up after your pet anywhere at the Campground. Does that mean I have to pick up in the back field? Yes. On the nature path? Yes. In the Dog Park? Yes. At my site? Yes. After dark? Yes. Other unlisted areas? Yes. When no one is looking? Yes. Proof of Rabies Certificate required at check-in. There is a maximum of 2 pets per site. Do not leave pets unattended outside. Pets are not allowed in any building or the pool area. The Back field is considered an off leash area for well-behaved pets, please respect our tent sites. The River Beach is considered an off leash pet area only before 10:00AM or after 5:00 PM
Playground & Rec Room: RiverBrook is a family campground, a place where kids often go out after breakfast and free-range until dark, and we like it that way. Creating a safe place where children can have unstructured time and burn off energy is one of our favorite parts about having a family Campground, but it is also important they respect the space and quiet time of our other guests. In order to foster a fun and safe environment for all our kids it is important that you discuss and help them follow our simple rules for our play areas. No rough play or bullying. No screaming or yelling. Be respectful and fair. Take turns and share.
Pool and Beach: Below is a summary of key rules, but please follow all posted signs in the pool and beach areas respectively. / Swimming is at your own risk, there are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Swimming hours are 9:00 AM to Dusk. Running, jumping and diving is not allowed at the pool area or beach. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area or beach. An adult must accompany minors at all times while swimming. Swim diapers are required for children who are not toilet trained. Access to the river is limited to the beach path only by NH Fish & Game.
RiverBrook Campground & RV Park is a Recreational Campground as defined in NH Law at Chapter RSA 216. All rules are subject to change without prior notice. The Campground is not responsible for any theft, loss by fire or accident. Whether on your site or within the Campground, Personal property is stored at your own risk. Use of any Campground facilities is strictly at your own risk.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration of RiverBrook Campground & RV Park, a Recreational Campground, furnishing services, facilities, or equipment (collectively the Offerings) to participate in camping, swimming, canoeing, tubing, kayaking, or many other recreational activities by the Camper, minors in the Camper's care, and adult guests of the Camper (collectively the Guest Party) I/We agree as follows:
I/We fully understand that there are risks, hazards and dangers associated with Offerings provided by the Campground. The use of any of the Offerings of the Campground by the Guest Party is done so at their own risk. These risks include, but are not limited to, hazards of the river or weather, collisions by vehicle, altercations with other guests, and uncertainty of conditions in an outdoor environment.
I/We further understand that participating in camping and related activities at Recreational Campground represents an increase to the risk of infection from communicable diseases. I/We understand that the description of these risks is not complete and that other risks should be anticipated which may result in injury or death.
I/We agree for myself, and my party , it successors and assignees, that I/we are voluntarily participating in these activities and release the Campground, and it's agents from all claims, damages, and injuries arising directly or indirectly out of the Offerings provided by the Campground. This release includes any claims arising, in whole or in part from negligent acts or omissions of RiverBrook Campground & RV Park, its owners, agents or employees.
I/We shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless RiverBrook Campground & RV Park, it’s owners, agents and employees from all losses, claims, expenses and demand, including attorney fees, that may be incurred by RiverBrook Campground & RV Park, it’s owners, agents and employees, that are related, directly or indirectly , to my, or any minor for whom I am parent or guardian, or any member of my party's use or participation in the services or activities provided by RiverBrook Campground & RV Park. This indemnification includes any claims arising, in whole or in part from negligent acts or omissions of RiverBrook Campground & RV Park, it’s owners, agents or employees.
Cancellation Policy There is a one-night non-refundable deposit for all cancellations.. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival. This includes all "No Shows" and "Early Departures". Cancellations must be made through e-mail at info@riverbrookcampground.com. Your reservation will be held until 8:00 pm on your arrival date, unless we hear from you before to advise us of your estimated time of arrival.
I/We HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. I INTEND BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT TO INDUCE RIVERBROOK CAMPGROUND & RV PARK TO PROVIDE SERVICES.
BAKER:
Terms of Service - Baker River Campground, LLC
Rules are enforced to protect the peaceful enjoyment for all campers on their campsites and throughout the campground facilities.
Entering: All campers and their guests must stop at the front office and finalize registration(includes getting a vehicle pass) before entering the campground. Speed limit is 5mph throughout the entire campground. Please watch for children and drive slowly and safely. Check-in time is between 2pm – 9pm. Checkout time is noon.
Courtesy to fellow campers: Please refrain from loud radios, excessive alcohol use or obscenities at all times, as we are a family campground. Our quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. As much as we want everyone to enjoy their stay with us, if you are looking for a place to party all night, we are not the campground for you. Sorry, we do not allow drinking games. If you are being disturbed by noise during quiet hours, please contact us immediately. Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited. Bike riding is allowed on the campground roads only and must be put away at dusk. No cutting(walking or biking) through other campsites. Please wear a helmet for your safety. Please make sure children are aware of all campground rules and are supervised.
Campfires/Firewood/Trees: All campfires must be less than 2 feet high, in fire pits only and never left unattended. Please do not move fire pits, as the locations are preapproved by the Fire Department. Trash is to be deposited in the dumpster near the horseshoe pits. Please do not burn trash in the fire pits. Completely extinguish campfires with water by midnight. Firewood is available for sale at the campground. As a reminder, per NH State law, no firewood shall cross State lines.
Restrooms/Showers: Please help us to keep the facilities clean. All children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult to the bathhouses.
Dogs: Due to past issues, we are very strict with our dog rules. Displays of aggression by any dog will require immediate removal. Current rabies vaccination certificate is required at arrival – no exceptions. All dogs must be on a leash at all times(6ft maximum) and under control by an adult. Please clean up after dogs and prevent them from disturbing other campers at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the buildings. Sorry, no pit bulls, their mixes, or visitor’s dogs at any time. Any questions regarding dog policies, please call prior to making a reservation.
Swimming/River Use: Swimming and playing in a river is fun, but can also be dangerous, especially when the river is high. Children must be with an adult at all times on the beach and when in the river. The beach area is closed at dark and no swimming is allowed. Please help prevent further erosion and do not access the river from campsites. For everyone’s safety, please fish outside of the beach and swimming area and do not jump off the rocks.
Visitors: Visitors are limited, and are required to register first and pay a visitor’s fee. All visitors must leave by 9pm. Sorry, no visitor’s dogs allowed at any time.
Please be advised that campers assume all risk associated with the use of the campground facilities and we are not responsible for injuries or illnesses incurred in the campground area(including Covid19), or loss of property. In addition, damage to campground property/vandalism will result in credit card being charged for damages and may result in removal from the campground without a refund. By signing your registration form electronically or manually, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and policies. If you do not follow the rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.
