Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14+ days before your arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel 4 - 13 days prior to arrival, 75% of your reservation funds will be issued as a camp credit to be used for another stay.  
• If you cancel 0-3 days prior to arrival, 25% of your reservation funds will be issued as a camp credit to be used for another stay.

Campers who do not call and do not show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled without a refund or credit. 

During your stay, if you decide to depart our campground prior to your original departure date, no refunds will be given.

Holidays:

The following weekends are considered "holidays" in the camping industry and therefore require a three-day reservation for RV sites and cabins: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. 

If you need to cancel on a holiday weekend, please provide adequate notice so that we can re-book your site. 

Since camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to the discomforts of Mother Nature.
