Terms of Service

Check-in is at 2:00pm and Check-out is by 11:00am.

Campsites:

RV Sites-

RV sites are designed for one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. All additional vehicles will be parked in a parking lot, not at the campsite. Up to one tent may be set up in addition to a camper if approved by campground management and placed on the gravel pad. A tent fee will be added to you reservation.

If no camper is on site, up to two tents may be set up per site on the gravel pad.

RV pricing rates are up to five (5) people. Additional campers are $5.00 per day with a max occupancy of eight (8) people per site.

Tent Sites-

Only erect tents on gravel pads: they must fit within the established campsite and not negatively impact the surrounding area. Be sure to park your vehicle only on the graveled area provided for your tent site. One vehicle is allowed per tent site. All additional vehicles will be parked in the parking lot, not at the tent site. Rates are up to five (5) people maximum. Please do not trench your site or put nails in trees.

Campsites are equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring. Please do not move tables or fire rings without permission.

Damage and Cleaning Fees:

Damage made by campers to their site or the facilities is their responsibility, and may incur repair fees. Please inform the office as soon as possible about any defective equipment or damage you may find on the campground so that we may repair it in a timely fashion.

Cabins that require excessive cleaning following your stay may incur up to a $250 charge.

Campfires, Grills, and Firewood:

Due to the threat of bugs and pests, firewood from outside the campground must be USDA certified and labeled. Visitors can purchase certified firewood from the check-in station, or gather dead wood on the ground, but it is prohibited to saw, cut, chop, or harvest any parts from a standing tree, dead or alive. Build fires only in designated fire rings and do not build rock rings or burn trash in the rings. NEVER leave fires or hot coals unattended and repeatedly douse the area with water to extinguish the fire completely before leaving.

Bath Houses:

Please remember that while we do our best to keep our bath houses as clean as possible, they are still shared spaces. Please clean up after yourself and be courteous to other guests.

Quiet Hours:

Designated quiet hours for all sites: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. All bright lights and noise levels shall be reduced in consideration of other campers.

Food and Waste Disposal:

A dishwashing station is provided at the bathhouse. Wash dishes at the dishwashing station: not in restrooms or water spigots.

You will be responsible for your own trash. Please do not dispose of trash in fire rings and do not leave trash at the site.

Food Storage, Wildlife, and Other Resouces:

You must store food properly! It is probable that wildlife (bear, deer, raccoon, fox, skunks, etc.) may frequent the campground. Keep all food, garbage, equipment used to prepare or store food, and all scented items in a locked vehicle when not in use.

Pets:

You are responsible for the behavior and control of your pet. When outside of your vehicle or camping unit, pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Do not throw waste into the woods. Pet food and food bowls attract wildlife and must be stored in a locked vehicle when not in use. Pets are not allowed inside of the bathhouse.

Vehicles and other Wheeled Devices:

All roads in the campground are one-way with a 10-mph speed limit. Keep all vehicles on designated roadways and parking lots at all times. All off-road vehicles such as three and four wheelers, dirt bikes, go-karts, etc. are prohibited. Electric golf carts and bicycles are allowed.

● All golf carts must be registered at the park office and the owner must provide a copy of valid insurance and driver's license for anyone who will be operating the vehicle.

● Cart operated after dark must have lights.

● No golf carts are to be operated during quiet hours.

● Anyone caught driving in an unsafe manner will lose cart driving privileges. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Children should wear safety helmets while biking.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy:

No person shall consume or possess an open or previously opened container containing any alcoholic beverage, or be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage while within shared spaces. Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your campsite. No underage (under 21) drinking allowed. *Remember this is a family campground. Excessive rowdiness, loudness, and/or vulgar language will not be tolerated. Smoking is not allowed in the bathhouse or check-in station. If you are a smoker, please dispose of tobacco products properly - not on the ground.

Firearms & Fireworks:

The display or use of fireworks, firearms, or other weapons are not permitted. Campers who break this rule will be required to leave and no refund will be given.
