Cancellation Policy

Payment – Advanced payment is due at time of booking your reservation. Any balance not paid in advance is due upon arrival at Oak Forest RV Resort. Oak Forest RV Resort will only accept major credit cards, personal checks, cashier’s check, or money order.  No Cash will be accepted.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds – Oak Forest RV Resort requires a 48-hour notice for changes or cancellations prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive no refund. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. 

• Daily and Weekly Reservations Cancellation Fee - $25

• Monthly Reservations Cancellation Fee - $150 Non-Refundable Deposit

Failure to cancel prior to the 48-hours will result in a loss of deposit.  

Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside of the cancellation date range.  No refunds are issued for early departure. No refunds will be issued for holiday cancellations.
