Rocky Top Campground Park Rules
Speed Limit is 5 MPH at all times and all areas.
Check-Out: Check-out is 12:00 Noon. Please notify office ASAP if needing to extend your stay. Re-registration is not guaranteed.
Quiet Hours: Begin at 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM and is strictly enforced. Please be considerate to your camping neighbor.
Office/Store/Propane Sale Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM. Monday thru Saturday. Sunday 9 am - 1 pm. leave massage or text for after hours for inquiries.
Rates: Rates are based on 2 adults; there will be an extra charge for more overnight guest. No more than 4 adults per unit permitted for overnight stays.
Guests: Your invitees are your responsibility and must follow campground rules. Visitors must register at the office.
Parking: 1 RV (camper) per site. Tents are not permitted on RV Sites. Do not park on or drive thru grass.
Washing: Washing of campers and cars is allowed with a charge $10. Stop by the office to pay before you wash.
Children: Rocky Top Campground is an adult only campground and we do not allow children in the campground to live there. only to visit for short period of time. Must be 18 years old or older to live in the campground.
Pets: Pets (cats/dogs/animals) must remain on a leash at all times; leashes are to be no longer than 6 foot. Pets are not permitted in any buildings. Pets cannot be tied or left outside unattended. Pet fences, crates, enclosures, playpens etc. are not permitted on sites! Dog run is provided. Do not leave pets in dog run unattended. Pet owners must clean up after their pets at all times. Please do not allow your pet to urinate on flowers/bushes.
Trash: Please place all your everyday trash in the dumpsters (refer to site map). No lawn chairs, televisions, rugs, grills, microwaves, leaves or branches etc.
Campfires: Fires in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings or leave a fire unattended. Fire rings are not trash cans, NO cans, glass, foil or garbage. Contain your fire within fire ring. Fires must be out when leaving your site or retiring for the evening.
Firewood: At no time are you permitted to remove firewood from the woods. Firewood can be purchased at the store. Do not bring firewood from another state into our campground.
Messages: All messages are posted at the office. Emergency calls will be delivered ASAP.
Behavior: We are a quiet and relaxing adult campground, not a party place. Intoxication, profanity, vandalism or disorderly behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Alcohol is not permitted off your site. Management/Staff/Owners reserve the right to evict anyone at any time and for any reason.
Bicycles: Must stay on roadways and adhere to speed limit. No bicycle riding after dusk. All bicycles must be on site at dusk. Helmets are required by law.
Laundry: Coin-operated machines are located at the bathhouse. Open 24 hours. Quarters can be obtained at the office during store hours. No clotheslines or clothes hanging outside.
Smoking: No smoking in restrooms/showers, game room, office, laundry area, cabins or apartments. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw them on the ground.
Sewer: TN law requires the use of a sewer ring or other means to prevent sewer gases from escaping into the air.
Site: Is to be left clean. Do not put trash in fire rings or bbq grills.
Injuries & Theft: Rocky Top Campground and its management are not responsible for damage, injury or loss of any kind by accident, fire, theft, to either property or person of any camper or guest.
Prohibited: No firearms or weapons of any kind permitted. No scooters, mini or motorbikes, ATVs or golf carts, skateboarding or roller skating. No fireworks or power tools. No washing of dishes or clothes in bathroom sinks. No major vehicle repairs, oil changes or lubing. Motorcycles are to be used for in and out travel only. No skirting to be placed around RVs. No items setting outside of RV but normal camping items. No refrigerators/freezer or house furniture etc. Campground is to be kept neat and clean.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCHARGE ANY PERSON(S) FOR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY OUR RULES.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Check Ins occur from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

*Rocky Top Campground & Office will be closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Years Day. We do not allow RV's/Campers to enter the campground on these Holidays.
Check Out is 12:00 PM
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Any guaranteed reservation may be cancelled if we are contacted 24 hours prior to arrival. there will be a $25 fee.
All overnight rates are based on 2 adults; there will be an extra charge for more overnight guest. No more than 4 adults per unit permitted for overnight stays. Extended/Monthly stay guest; 2 adults maximum per unit.
Rocky Top Campground is an adult only campground and we do not allow children in the campground at any time. Must be 18 years old or older to visit or stay in the campground.
We do provide WIFI to our campers and cabins. It can only handle 2 devices per site. It is only provided to allow our customers to check emails, general internet searches and online banking etc. If you need the internet for the other things then you need to provide your own internet.

Our bath house is for our over night guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
For Lodging Rentals:
3+ WEEKS: Refund less $25 cancellation fee or full refund issued in camp credit
2+ WEEKS: 50% of Reservation issued in camp credit
LESS THAN 2 WEEKS: Full reservation forfeited
For Campsites:
2+ WEEKS: Refund less $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit
1+ WEEKS: 50% of reservation issued in camp credit
LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeited
