COVID-19 Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.  Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

Balloon Fiesta October 1-11, 2021:

3 DAY MINIMUM stay required.   A 1-night deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellations before September 15th will be charged a standard $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after September 15, 2021 will forfeit their deposit.  There are no discounts honored during Balloon Fiesta.

RV/TENT:

A 1-night deposit is required at the time of reservation.

48 hours prior to arrival for non-holiday reservations and 7 days prior to arrival for Holiday reservations, during this time frame, will have a cancellation fee of $10.00.

For a reservation cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation deposit is forfeited.

 

CABINS:

2 DAY MINIMUM stay required on weekends.   A 1-night deposit is required at the time of reservation.

7 days prior to arrival for non-holiday and Holiday reservations, during this time frame, will have a cancellation fee of $10.00.

For a reservation cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation deposit is forfeited.

For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held for the first day of your reservation.  No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

Early Departure:

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if you choose to leave the campground early. This also applies if you are asked to leave early for violating rules or disturbing other guests.
