Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Camping is an outdoor experience.  Therefore, We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature (e.g. : Mud, Rain, Heat), illness, work schedule or other situations. Rustic Acres excitement continues rain or shine, therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance. We do not give refunds for early departure or evictions. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. 

If a camper wishes to cancel a campsite or golf cart reservation, notice must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival for a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee per reservation(1 site or 1 golf cart) or a full refund in the form of a camp credit.  All cancellations between 14 days and the day prior to arrival (by end of business day) will be given a full refund in the form of a camp credit.  Cancellations the day of receive no refunds.  Camp credits are to be used for a future stay in the current calendar year.

Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation will be considered a no show. No Shows forfeit any refund.

NO SHOW POLICY: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00am on the morning following your scheduled arrival. After 9:00am, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and your site/rental unit will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
