Terms of Service

*Campers must register at the beginning of their stay. Registration forms may be deposited into the registration box; or handed to one of the owners.  Please note that the owner David Stanton and the manager, Alice Wiedrich, doe work other, full time jobs and will not be available to be at the park at all times.  There are no set “office” hours at this time.  Please feel free to contact either David or Alice by phone as they will likely be able to answer your questions or give you a time frame that they will be able to personally assist you. *Payment shall be made at the time of check-in, or at the time arranged between the camper and the owners.  Long term campers (1 month or longer) are required to give no less than a 1 week notice of intent to terminate scheduled time frame unless otherwise arranged with Management. If the long term camper shall choose to leave before their scheduled time is up, Schuster RV Park reserves the right to retain a 1 week payment or up to the end of the scheduled period, whichever is less.

 

*Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children are our utmost concern. 

 

*Quiet time is observed from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. Please note that some campers are here on business, not vacation. 

 

*SCHUSTER RV PARK, LLC is not responsible or liable for injuries that may occur on Schuster RV Park property, nor is it responsible for damage or theft during your visit. Be sure to keep your things in and put away at your campsite when you are not there.

 

*Criminal or drug related activity will not be tolerated at ANY TIME.  If law enforcement is called for a disturbance at your site for any reason, you may be required to vacate the park immediately.

 

*Mowing will occur as needed. Mother Nature will play a large part in the necessity of this duty.  Please make sure that your personal belongings are picked up regularly.  Any site left uncleaned which causes delay in mowing will incure an extra $10 charge, at the discretion of Schuster RV Park Management. We encourage our grass to be healthy and lush for your comfort.  If you plan on an extended stay, we request that if you use a large carpet/mat at the entrance of your camper or otherwise, that you must move it regularly for lawn maintenance and so as not to kill the grass.

 

*Please place your garbage in the dumpster located in the park. Break down boxes before disposing.  Do not leave trash lying around outside of your RV.   Please pick up after yourself and keep your site free of clutter.

 

*All cigarette butts must be disposed of in a proper container.  Failure to dispose of butts may cause additional site cleaning fee of $10.

 

*Pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times. Pets deemed dangerous by management are not allowed. This is for the safety of all campers.  There is a limit of no more than 2 dogs per owner/per site, unless approved by the Owners prior to check in.  Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of.  Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction and forfeiture of deposits or unused rents.   Animals are not to be left unattended outside your RV.  Loose pets may be confiscated and placed in the city pound by the local authorities.

 

*No firearms or fireworks may be discharged within the park, this is for the safety of all campers and their property. 

 

*All propane tanks used for your camper must be fastened TO your RV/Camper.  They cannot be free standing while connected to your camper.

 

*Water is provided for your RV use, it is not intended to be used to water lawns or wash campers/rvs.

 

*No cutting or removing of trees or shrubs.  Ask the management about firewood.  The State Health Department requires that all sitting firewood be stored 1 foot off of the ground.

 

*All-terrain vehicles are allowed to and from campsite only.  They are not to be “entertaining” the park. ABSOLUTELY NO drivers under the age of 12 are allowed.  Those ages 12-16 must possess a valid ATV certification permit or a valid driver’s license.

 

*Fires are restricted to fire pits only.  DO NOT leave fires unattended and be sure to extinguish your fire before leaving.  Please do not throw bottles or cans in the fire pits. 

 

*There is a $35 fee charged for all returned checks.  A cashier's check or money order will be immediately required to recover the amount of the returned check, a $35 fee, and any other late fees applied to the account.  If a check is returned, personal checks may no longer be accepted for future payment.

 

*Park users must adhere to all park rules and regulations posted at facility .  Failure to observe these rules may result in eviction without a refund. 

 

*Management reserves the right to modify and to enforce any of these rules as required. Management may also elect not to enforce various rules at its own discretion.
