Terms of Service

For the enjoyment off all our guests, please observe the park rules to help us provide a clean, safe, and quiet refuge for all to enjoy by the river.

-  The front office opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 5 :00 PM. (Monday through Saturday)  Office closed on Sunday.

-  Check in after 1 PM and please call if you will be arriving after 5:00 PM or need special arrangements.  Check out by 11:00 AM. 

-   Late check in will be charged a $20.00 (cash)  fee after 8:00 PM.

-  Quiet Time: 10:00 PM until 8:00 am

Personal Vehicles

-   Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. If space allows on your site, you may park an additional UTV/vehicle if it does not extend beyond your site area. Additional trailers/vehicles may be parked in a designated overflow area.

-   Sewer connections are required by Sevier County and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector. Sewer hoses on long term rigs should be raised off the ground.

-   Park staff will escort and guide the parking of all RVs. Please notify the office if you want to move to another site or your RV needs to be repositioned so the park staff escort can be present.

-   The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH  for the safety of all guests and to reduce noise and dust. Drive only on the roadways and never through an empty site. All vehicles must be well maintained and operate in a safe manner.

-   All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum. Please be mindful of your neighbors.

-   Recreational use of motorized bikes, motorcycles or ATV/UTVs within the park is not permitted. Driving to and from specific locations is permitted. 

Sites

Our staff works hard to keep sites clean and free of debris. Please help by avoiding clutter and eyesores such as boxes, tools, wood, empty flower pots, etc. The following are NOT allowed on sites (including under the RV):

     *  Clothes lines.

     *  Open storage containers. (Plastic storage containers are permitted under your rig, if kept orderly.)

     *  Campfires are PROHIBITED at sites, Gas fire pits are allowed. There is a communal fire pit for all to use.

     *   Gas grills may be used for outdoor cooking on site.

     *   No walking through occupied sites.

     *   Fireworks- prohibited on park property.

All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

After dark, please carry a flashlight to avoid tripping and to be seen.

Place trash in the dumpsters.

Pets

-   Pets are welcome owners are required to pay a $3 per day per pet fee.

-   All pets must be on a leash with the owner or inside and must not be left unattended.

-   They may not be tied outside and left unattended.

-    No excessive barking anywhere in the park and especially not under the pavilion during social gatherings..

-   Pets must be walked by a responsible person to immediately pick up after them.

-   Maximum of three pets per site.

-   Aggressive dogs are NOT allowed in the park.

-   No pets are allowed at food functions.

Visitors

-  Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.

-  Overnight guests must register at the office and are subject to a $5.00 fee per person per night.

Emergency and Safety

-  If you have an emergency and call 911 and time allows, please call the office so the staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

-  If you observe activity you believe to be of concern, call (435)771-7001 or (435)893-1466 24 hours a day.

Miscellaneous

-  All monthly guests must have a current contact number on file in the office.

-  Please note “NO SMOKING” areas. No smoking is permitted near the front office, laundry and bathroom areas.

Sevier River RV Park LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company d/b/a Sevier River RV Park is privately owned. The camper and all persons entering the Sevier River RV Park (SRRP) under my supervision release SRRP, its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to any person or pet caused by, but not limited to, campfires, hiking, river and pond swimming, fishing, fallen tree branches and encounters with wildlife, and agrees to indemnify SRRP, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest or pet of the registered camper arising out of the use the facilities.

I hereby acknowledge that children and pets are under my supervision or supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

I hereby consent to photographs and videos taken of me and the people in my group for park promotion without names.
My signature confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at the Sevier River RV Park. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies.

WAIVER/RELEASE FOR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES INCLUDING COVID-19

1.     Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,

2.     I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3.     I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe and any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest park official immediately; and,

4.     I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Sevier River RV Park LLC, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IF FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

FOR PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE (UNDER AGE 18 AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION)    This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian, with legal responsibility for this participant, have read and explained the provisions in this waiver/release to my child/ward including the risks of presence and participation and his/her personal responsibilities for adhering to the rules and regulations for protection against communicable diseases. Furthermore, my child/ward understands and accepts these risks and responsibilities. I for myself, my spouse, and child/ward do consent and agree to his/her release provided above for all the Releasees and myself, my spouse, and child/ward do release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees for any and all liabilities incident to my minor child’s/ward’s presence or participation in these activities as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent provided by law.

My signature confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at the Sevier River RV Park. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies.
