Cancellation Policy

1. Daily/Weekly: Outside of 3 days of the check-in-date  are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
2. Daily/Weekly: Within 3 days of the check-in date are subject to a charge of one -night site fee.
3. Monthly:  Outside of 30 days of the check-in-date will forfeit the $100 deposit.  Inside of 30 days of the check-in date will not receive any refund of funds. 

NO REFUNDS will be given for:

• Early departures.
• For any pre-paid lengths of stay in January/February 
• If you take your unit out of the Resort and have not informed the front office that you are taking a short trip, taking it out for repairs, etc., we will deem your site abandoned and availabe to rent immediately.
