Terms of Service
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind. Parking and usage of the park is at your own risk. The park is not responsible for any RV, tent, or vehicle damage from falling limbs, trees, or electrical surges. The registered camper is responsible for damage to the campground by any member or guest of his/her camping unit. There is NO REFUND for all campers that are asked to leave or are evicted from the park. In the event that any person's image is captured on camera or video it may be used for campground marketing tools. We reserve the right to remove any articles or valuables of any kind off of any given site if customer has not already cleared his/her site by 12pm or 11am if staying in a Rental Unit upon departure date. There will be no refund given if site is still occupied after 12pm.
CHECK-IN: 3 pm - 10 pm CHECK OUT: 12 pm
RENTAL CHECK IN: 3 pm - 10:30 pm RENTAL CHECK OUT: 11 am
CANCELLATION POLICY: We request notice 7 days prior (or 30 days for a Rental Unit) to the date of arrival, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 7 days (or 30 days for Rental) - NO REFUND GIVEN on the deposit. We do not refund HOLIDAYS, or Friday and Saturday night stays (unless cancellation policy has been met). Must check-in by 10pm on scheduled arrival date -- no refund given for late arrivals.
ENTRANCE GATE is closed 11 pm - 7 am. If you are out after 11 pm, you must park your registered vehicle in the front lot and walk quietly to your site. EXIT GATE: open 24 hours.
TWO VEHICLES PER SITE: ATV Trailers, Boats or Utility Trailers count as a vehicle. Extra 'vehicles' $5 per night per vehicle and must park in storage area.
SITE FEE is for (1) camping unit. Includes (2) adults and their minor children under 18.
MAXIMUM (4) adults per site and (2) vehicles per site. Third and fourth adults $10 each per night with (1) unit on the site. EXTRA camping units will be charged an Extra Unit fee ($35-$50/night). This includes: cars, vans, trucks, tents, truck campers, truck tents, etc. Please Note: No Tents allowed on Full Hook up or Premium Sites
QUIET TIME is 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.--no radios, everything must be to a whisper. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
ALL CAMPERS MUST BE QUIET AND IN THEIR UNITS BY 1:00AM and all campfires out.
NO RUGS on Full or Premium (unless on cement slab). VENTED RUGS ONLY on Water/Electric
TWO PET LIMIT: must, be quiet, kept on a leash, NEVER left alone and you are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed in Rental Units. Guests will be subject to a fee if pets cause landscape issues (such as holes) to campsites.
VISITORS: must register and pay daily fee. Visiting hours end at 10 p.m. Unpaid visitors will be evicted from the park immediately.
FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES Violaters will be evicted with no refund.
GRAY WATER: Health Dept. requires closed containers. Empty at dump station or basins outside washrooms.
GARBAGE: Place in plastic bags & put in dumpsters. Do not leave in fire rings or dump over fences.
FIRES: Allowed only in fire rings. Do NOT leave unattended. All fires out by 1:00 a.m. Firewood for sale at office. Please do not burn plastic.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Moderate use permitted, only at your registered campsite. Noisy campers (whether they are drinking or not) are never welcome. Decent language should be used by everyone at all times. This is a family campground and many of our guests are children.
POOL: All children under 12 and all non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult. WARNING---no lifeguard on duty. Pool hours 10am-10pm
TREES & LOGS are property of the campground. Cutting, injuring and driving nails in trees is prohibited. Please notify us of any defacing of park property. Do not cross fence for wood.
NO TENTS allowed on Premium or Full hook-up sites.
CHILDREN under 18, must be on their registered site by 11 pm
NO BIKE RIDING after dusk.
PICNIC TABLES: We don't object to you moving your picnic table for group dining with other campers. However, we would appreciate the table being placed on your site before departing.
MOTORCYCLES, SCOOTERS, ATV's or any vehicle with super scoop tires may not be driven in park. Golf carts are permitted, but must be operated by a licensed driver.
A $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT is required to rent any of our rental accomodations. Failure to leave the unit in decent condition, as you found it, could forfeit this deposit.NO SMOKING in rental units.REMOTE CONTROL RC CARS use prohibited on park roads and campsites. Please use designated area by storage.
I AGREE TO READ AND COMPLY WITH ALL DUNE TOWN CAMP-RESORT RULES AND REGULATIONS AS POSTED IN THE OFFICEAND/OR ON THE GROUNDS and I UNDERSTAND THAT MY PARTY MAY BE EVICTED FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES.
