Cancellation Policy

Given our unique setting and limited season, which often leads to bookings a year or more in advance, our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while acknowledging the need for advanced planning by both our guests and our team. Please review the following policy carefully:

  • 30 Days Notice: To receive a refund on your reservation, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover processing, with the remainder refunded to you.

  • Within 30 Days: We regret that any cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date cannot be refunded. This policy is in place due to the significant impact late cancellations have on our operations in our brief season.

  • Refund Processing: Should you qualify for a refund and do not see it in your account within 5 business days, please contact us at info@silvertonlakes.com for assistance.

  • No Refunds for Early Departures or Late Arrivals: Our policy does not permit refunds for stays that are shorter than booked, whether due to late arrival or early departure. We encourage careful travel planning to ensure you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
