Terms of Service

Silverton Lakes RV Park & Cabins Policies & Rules

General Policies:

  • Registration: All Guests must register at the office before proceeding to site. We reserve the right to change site assignments as necessary.
  • Arrival & Departure: Check-in is between 1pm to 8pm for sites and 3pm to 8pm for cabins. All guests must vacate their sites or cabins by 11am on the day of departure. Please see late arrival section below
  • Quiet Hours: From 10pm to 7am. No generators or loud noises during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Generator Use: Limited to units under 58 DBs, prohibited between 10pm to 7am.
  • Site Maintenance: Airtight sewer connections required at full hook-up sites. Barbecue grills and hot pans must not be placed on picnic tables to prevent damage. Trash to be taken to receptacles throughout the park.  Do not leave trash out overnight.
  • Conduct & Safety: No smoking in buildings ($250 fine for violations), no wood campfires (propane fire pits allowed unless there's a fire ban), and the speed limit is 10 MPH within the park. Firearms, archery, paintball, slingshots, air guns, fireworks, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. No ATV "joy riding" within the RV Park.
  • Vehicle & Equipment Policies: Wash station available for ATV's only, payable before use at the office. Maintenance on RVs or vehicles is not allowed on the property. Trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies may not be allowed on sites. Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot.
  • Respect for Nature & Facilities: No items may be hung from trees, and all sites must be kept neat. Only one RV or Tent and a maximum of one other vehicle allowed per site, unless otherwise stated.
  • Pet Policy: Pets must not be left unattended outside, must be leashed and controlled, and guests must clean up after them. No constant barking or aggressive behavior. Pets are not allowed in public buildings.

Security & Liability:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets and agree to indemnify SLRV Park, LLC against the same. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Report issues immediately to the office.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Please arrive before 8pm to minimize disruptions. Late arrivals must stay in the parking lot without generator use; assistance will be provided in the morning. Violators of quiet hours may be asked to leave.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations require 30 days' notice for a refund (less a 5% processing fee). No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival, early departures, or late arrivals. 

Compliance and Enforcement:

  • Our aim is to ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable environment for all guests at Silverton Lakes. To maintain this standard, guests are expected to adhere to all park policies and rules during their stay.
  • Eviction Policy: We reserve the right to evict any guest from the property without refund for violations of any park rules or policies. This action is a last resort and will be taken to preserve the well-being and safety of all our guests.
  • Authorization for Charges: In cases of damage or the need for additional clean-up due to pet violations or other breaches of our policies, Silverton Lakes is authorized to charge the card on file for related expenses.

  • By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Silverton Lakes.
