Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you are bringing your own camping equipment:

There are no refunds within 10 days of your arrival. For cancellation outside of ten days, there is a $20.00 cancellation fee.

  • If you are renting one of our Deluxe Units:

There are no refunds within 30 days of your arrival. For cancellation outside of 30 days, there is a $20.00 cancellation fee.

  • For group cancellations in either aforementioned case, fees will apply for each site.

 

This reservation is only for the specific number of camping units you have reserved and for the number of people you reserved for. Only one camping unit per site.  More camping units will add additional charges. Check-In  Time for Campsites is 3:00 PM. Rental check out at 11 am. There are no check-ins past  pm at night.  Trailer rentals must arrive no later than 9 pm. There are fees for guests visiting you.  Guests of campers will be charged upon their arrival. $20 per day per person.  Guests of registered campers may be refused admittance to the park if the park's occupancy is reached.

Renter’s Acknowledgement

NYS Splash Law Liability Waiver

  • NEVER SWIM ALONE. A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult remaining on the pool deck.
  •  THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior.)
  •  IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A free telephone is provided at this facility (right of office). Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted. • Only use this facility during posted hours of operation. • Don't drink alcohol and swim.
