Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit plus tax will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled 6 to 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Total amount of the reservation is due 3 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival, including “no show” reservations. It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure funds are available. Reservation is subject to cancellation if it is not paid in full.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the office or send an email requesting a cancellation. We will send you an email confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive an email, it is your responsibility to contact us as the email is your proof of cancellation. Please do not use Facebook or other social media to cancel a reservation. These outlets are not monitored consistently.
