Cancellation Policy

Lodging Accommodations (Cabins, Yurts, Safari Tents): 

Cancellations outside of 7 days of arrival will incur a 10% processing fee of total paid to-date. 

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit any deposit (no refund). 

Early departures and no-shows are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay. 

RV Sites: 

Cancellations outside of 72 hours of arrival will incur a 10% processing fee of total paid to-date. 

Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit any deposit (no refund). 

Early departures and no-shows are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay.
