Spacious Skies Management Co. Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Sandy Ridge Campground! We are happy to have you here and look forward to hosting you. To help make your stay at our campground as pleasant as possible for you and all other campers joining us, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

GENERAL INFO: All guests and visitors must check-in at the main office upon arrival. A photo ID is required at time of registration, and all guests must agree to and sign a copy of these rules (e-signature is also acceptable).

CHECK-IN: 2pm for RV/Tent 3pm for Cabins/Yurts/Safari Tents If arriving after office hours, please call ahead to make arrangements

CHECK-OUT: 11am for all site types Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm - 8:00am.

All children 12 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children or any children visiting them at the park.

DAY PASSES AND OVERNIGHT VISITORS:

-Adults (18 and over): $10 for day pass $15 for overnight visitors

-Children (6-17): $8 for day pass $12 for overnight visitors

-No charge for children under the age of 5

Day visitors must leave the park by 10:00pm.

Guests of the park are responsible for the behavior of their visitors, and all visitors must adhere to the park rules at all times

OCCUPANCY POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON FEES:

Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children

-Extra person fees are as follows:

-$5 per day, per adult

-$3 per day, per child over the age of 5

Occupancy limit for RV sites is 7 people. Cabins/yurts/safari tents: Occupancy limit varies by type (2-6 people).

VEHICLES: The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH at all times. All vehicles, including golf carts, must only be driven on roads. Parking is permitted in designated parking areas or at your reserved site. 1-2 vehicles are allowed at each site, depending on the size. Vehicles cannot be parked in the grass or in common areas. Management approval is required for special parking accommodations. All vehicles, trailers and motorcycles must be registered and have current tags.

TRASH: Please place your trash bags outside of your RV/Cabin between 7:00am and 9:00am for pickup. Outside of these hours, please take your trash to the dumpsters located in the park. All trash must be in trash bags and tied up. Do not leave trash out at any time other than what is specified above for trash pick up.

SITES: It is the registered party’s responsibility to keep their site clean and uncluttered at all times. Guests must leave their site as they found it, and be sure to clean up all debris at their site before departing. Moving from site to site is prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

In case of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability. Free standing refrigerators, freezers, or other household appliances are not permitted on sites.

Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at your site. Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring or sewer donut for sani

Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits / fire rings only.

No tents, canopies, festival tents, popups or temporary parking structures are permitted at your site. One screened in gazebo in good repair is allowed and must not obstruct another guest’s site.

Smoking is not permitted in any park building or common area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of immediately.

POOL (if applicable): All guests and visitors of guests swim at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool area. All posted pool rules must be followed at all times. No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool. Alcohol may be consumed in moderation, please drink responsibly.

PETS: We allow up to 2 pets per site/lodging accommodation. Pets are limited to cats and dogs, no wild or exotic animals are permitted. Pet fees are as follows:

- Cabins, Yurts and Safari Tents (Lodging Accommodations) = $25 per pet, per reservation

- RV Sites = No fee

All pets must be well-behaved, unaggressive and current on their vaccinations (must be able to provide record of vaccinations). Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times. Pets must always be on a leash. Please clean up after your pet - bag up and throw away dog waste in the trash bin upon occurrence.

CANCELLATION POLICY: -Lodging Accommodations (Cabins, Yurts, Safari Tents): Cancellations outside of 7 days of arrival will incur a 10% processing fee of total paid to-date. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit any deposit (no refund). Early departures are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay. No shows are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay. -RV Sites: Cancellations outside of 72 hours of arrival will incur a 10% processing fee of total paid to-date. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit any deposit (no refund). Early departures are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay. No shows are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay.

*We will not provide deposit refunds for any site type or accommodation for reservations on holidays or holiday weekends.*

DISCLAIMERS: All guests and their visitors use the park facilities at their own risk. Owners and/or management are not responsible for loss or damage of any property

Owners and/or management assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without refund for detrimental conduct. Rules and regulations are subject to change.
