Terms of Service

Check-In Time:

• 12 noon

Check-Out Time:

• 10 am

Occupancy Guidelines:

• Each Reservation includes the following:
• One Trailer/RV
• Two tents
• Two vehicles
• Free boat launch. Watercraft must be entered into the invasive species program at the office before entering the park.
• Visitors must pay to enter the park $10/vehicle

Security:

• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
• Keep your valuables locked up.
• Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
• We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 11pm-9am
• Children and youth must be in their campsites by 11pm
• Profanity, violence toward others will not be tolerated

Pet Policy

• Pets must be on a leash at all times
• Pets are not allowed on the beach
• Guest are responsible to clean up after their pet
• Stafford lake Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, owner of pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.

Other

• Alcohol is only permitted on your campsite and not around public areas
• Consuming alcohol on a watercraft is against the law and not permitted
• Firearms and fireworks are prohibited

Cancellation Policy

• 5 day advance notice for cancellation 

Refund Policy

• No refunds are given for early departure
• You must cancel your reservation 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund
