COVID-19 BEST PRACTICES: US + YOU
THE WELLBEING OF OUR STAFF AND GUESTS IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO OUR TEAM.
WE ASK THAT YOU PROTECT LIVES AND OUR LIVELIHOOD BY ADHERING TO ALL CDC PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES AS WELL AS LOCAL STATE HEALTH ORDERS AND MANDATES.
The nature of our space is conducive to open air, socially distanced overnight stays. The glamping location sits on top of 160 acres of private land within a greater 10,000 acre preserve, providing ample outdoor space to allow for social distancing practices.
By entering premesis, guest acknowledges that they are free of COVID-19 symptoms, are following the most recent NM Executive Health Order, and have had no known contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
To comply with local executive order, all guests are required to wear a covering over their nose and mouth at all times while in proximity with other guests who are not members of your same household.
To comply with local executive order, please practice social distancing by reducing the frequency, proximity, and duration of close contact between you and others. Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet when possible.
Our practices have been updated to provide for minimal interaction between our staff and guests. Staff will be outfitted with masks for all guest interaction and gloves when required.
Our staff members are typically part of our “quaran-team” and following safe social distancing practices in daily life. Upon arrival for a shift, team members will routinely have their temperatures taken and individuals with a temperature reading above 100.4°F will be denied entry.
Lodging tents are typically spaced at least 20′ apart, allowing for overnight guests to easily keep distance between themselves and other lodging guests. We ask that when booking, guests limit the allowance of multiple guests per unit to “same households” only.
Adjustments have been made to allow for distanced seating zones within communal areas, and 2-top tables have been recently procured to allow for a private dining experience when applicable. Please wear your mask when you’re not exclusively with your group.
In order to minimize guest interaction, each lodging unit is equipped with a purified water dispenser, cups, cooler, and trash receptacle.
The site is equipped with a hand sanitizer station.
All facilities undergo a thorough, frequent cleaning process in accordance with health authorities, such as the CDC.
Cleaning of shared facilities will take place at a high frequency, whereas cleaning of individual lodging units will take place prior to guest arrival and after guest departure once the room has been aired out.
For an extra step of precaution, we strive to provide an extra day of non-occupancy between each guest stay so the units may sit in the open air and sunshine for a day prior to the next guest arrival.
While we do our best to keep the above information up to date, it is the responsibility of each visitor to research and abide by the most current CDC and local health orders. Our team thanks you for your participation and support.
