Terms of Service

Please help us by observing campground rules:
 

  • By booking a reservation with us you are agreeing to abide by our campground rules.
  • In general, any activities that detract from other guests' enjoyment or cause damage to the campground facilities are not allowed.
  • All reservations must be prepaid. Extended stay reservations will be automatically charged monthly on the 15th of the month (In-Season), and the 1st of the month (Off-Season).
  • Check-in is after 3pm. You may coordinate with the Park Office to place your RV in auxiliary parking, or book an additional night, if you must arrive earlier than 3pm.
  • Check-out time is before 12 noon. There is a $100 fee for failing to vacate the site in a timely manner. You may coordinate with the Park Office to book an additional night, or place your RV in auxiliary parking, if you need to stay in or near the park beyond 12 noon.
  • All stay-over guest site changes must be completed by 12:30pm. If you cannot make that time, your RV must be removed from your existing site and placed into auxiliary parking.
  • No outside wood allowed. You may purchase firewood in the park for $5 per bundle, or from our neighbor's stand on 10th Ave.
  • No fires outside of the fire pit. Moving fire rings is not allowed. Do not place or burn garbage in the fire pit for any reason.
  • Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. Any noise during quiet hours must be confined to your campsite.
  • Outside lights must be dimmed or turned off after 10:00pm
  • Rugs: No rugs of any kind allowed on the grass, no exceptions.
  • Grass: No items allowed on the grass that will kill the grass (rugs, potted plants, kiddie pools, etc.)
  • Washing your RV is allowed. Must have a hose attachment to prevent continuous running of water.
  • No Tent camping: Tents are not allowed, including tents in addition to RV camping, no exceptions. Screened rooms without a floor, and not used for sleeping, are allowed.
  • Per State regulations, site occupancy is limited to 8 persons, including visitors, and one recreational unit.
  • Visitors: Day or night visitors must register with the Park Office and pay the appropriate fee.
  • Vehicles: Two permitted per site. Golf carts operated by adults are allowed. Extra vehicles/utility trailers and boat trailers must use auxiliary parking. No parking on the roads, no blocking roads at any time. No parking in vacant sites for any reason. No parking or driving on the concrete patios. 
  • Speed limit is 10 MPH on campground roads.
  • Fireworks: Not allowed except at designated locations during the 4th of July and prior weekend.
  • No political signs, flags, etc. allowed
  • Legal intoxicants are permitted on your campsite only.
  • No firearms permitted on the property.
  • Do not dispose of fish cleaning in river, use the trash dumpsters.
  • Pets are welcome. Must be leashed at all times or tied to your RV and not left unattended outside. Pets must be kept inside RV at night. All animal waste must be picked up. Dog barking cannot disturb other guests.
  • You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to check-in to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Reservation date changes are considered cancellations of the original dates.
  • Extended stay guests who want to end their reservation early must notify us at least two weeks prior to the new check out date to be eligible for refund. Refunds are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
