Terms of Service

                                                

RESERVATIONS

Prepayment of entire balance is required at the time of booking. No exceptions.

Registration at the Main Office is required prior to occupying your designated site.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted by email to reservations@surfsiderv.ca

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

Any cancellation received within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your entire payment. Cancellation received before this 14-day period are subject to a $56 cancellation fee, the remainder will be refunded to the credit card on file.

In the case of any no-shows or early departures, guests will still be responsible for the full amount of their reservation.

OCCUPANCY RULES

Prices are based on two adults per site. Additional adults or children over six (6) years of age is $5 per person per day. The maximum occupancy on a campsite is six (6) people

RV REQUIREMENTS          

RV’s must be 15 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management).  The RV must be fully self-contained, well kept, and in good condition.  Exceptions are made at the discretion of management; however, we reserve the right to deny entrance to any RVs that do not conform to the resort specifications. Sorry, no tents, tent trailers, campers or pop-up vans.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check in time is 1:00pm - 4:00 pm     Check out time is 11:00am

SECURITY ACCESS CARDS

A $75.00 charge to your credit card will be added for each Security Access Card not returned, lost, or damaged. A maximum of two (2) Security Access Cards will be issued per site.

QUIET HOURS/GUEST CONDUCT

Guests are expected to exhibit good conduct while on the premises. Please be courteous and do not disturb other guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is prohibited.
Profanity, threats or violence towards other guests or Park staff will result in immediate eviction   from the park.
Use of illegal drugs is prohibited on the property and will result in an immediate request to vacate the property.
Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the park.    

VEHICLES

Speed limit is 20 km/hr in the RV Park. Any warnings may result in you, or your guests being asked to leave.
Only  one (1) RV  per space and a maximum of  two (2) other vehicle allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
Please do not park your vehicle or trailer on an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
Maintenance of RV’s or vehicles on the property is not allowed. This includes fluid changes.
Washing/rinsing of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed except in designated areas.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

SITES

All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity of six (6) people total at a site at any given time.
Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table

CHILDREN

Children refers to all persons 14 years of age and under. Children must always be accompanied by an adult while using any of the facilities. 

PETS

There is a two-pet (2) limit per RV site.  
 Dogs and/or other pets must be on lead (leash) and under your control when outside your RV.
 Please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet at both your site and common areas.                                                                                    Four (4) Pet Stations are provided for your convenience.                                                                                
 Excessive barking disturbs neighbours and may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
 Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.
 Surfside RV Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner(s) for any injury/damage caused by the pet(s).
 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.           

OPEN FIRES

Open fires are not allowed in the park. Propane fire rings are permitted

FIREWORKS

Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Dumpsters are available inside of the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put trash completely in the trash container. If one container is full, please use the other.


Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary in these regulations. We reserve the right to refuse services to current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and or have vacated the park without paying all fees.

Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.                                             

 

                                                        Assumption of Risk and Release of Claims

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - These conditions will affect your legal rights. 

“Activities” shall mean, without limitation, all activities in any way associated with or related to recreational vehicle camping and any recreational activities offered by (Surfside RV Resort), including but not limited to use of tennis courts, horseshoe pit, picnic areas, fields, sports fields, swimming pools, parks, trails, walking paths, roads, grounds and parking lots. 

“Property” shall mean, without limitation, any premises, lands, buildings, facilities, play structures, fields, sports fields, beaches, swimming pools, parks, trails, walking paths, roads, grounds and parking lots and equipment owned or leased by (Surfside RV Resort).

“Resort User” shall mean all adults, children or wards in the registered parties group.

In consideration of (Surfside RV Resort) allowing the RESORT USER onto its Property to use and enjoy the Property and to participate in Activities, the RESORT USER agrees as follows:

  1. The Resort User assumes and accepts, without limitation, all risks and dangers associated with the RESORT USER’S use and enjoyment of the Property and participation in any of the Activities. 
     
  2. The Resort User ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for understanding and following the rules and safe practices associated with the use and enjoyment of the Property, participation in any of the Activities, and for his or her own personal safety.
     
  3. The Resort User WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that he or she has or may have in the future against (Surfside RV Resort) and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors and assigns arising from or connected, directly or indirectly, with the RESORT USER’S presence at, or use and enjoyment of the Property, and the RESORT USER’S presence at, or participation in, any of the Activities.
     
  4. The Resort user RELEASES (Surfside RV Resort) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, physical injury, illness or expense that he or she may suffer or incur by reason of his or her presence at, or use and enjoyment of, the Property, and presence at, or participation in, any of the Activities, due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER ANY APPLICABLE OCCUPIERS’ LIABILITY LEGISLATION ON THE PART OF (Surfside RV Resort), OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS, OR ANYONE ELSE.
