Territory Route 66 Guidelines
INSURANCE: Management/owners assume NO responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. Please enjoy our park
at your own risk. You agree as renters to carry and maintain in full force and effect adequate property and liability insurance on any
vehicle or RV brought into the park.
***All units must be in good repair and able to be moved by the renter within one days notice.***
a. No window a/c units
b. Outside of RV must be presentable to our standards.
c. Area around the unit is to be kept clean and neat, including no cigarette butts on the ground.
d. No outside appliances except small freezers and grills.
e. If pet pens are placed, you are responsible for cleaning and mowing/weed eating this area.
f. Please tie trash bags tightly and avoid loose trash being placed in the trashcans.
g. No heavy maintenance work on vehicles in the RV sites.
h. No disabled vehicles in the park.
i. Stored items should be in a tote neatly stored in or under the rear of your unit.
j. If you have a large item to go to a dump site, please call 405-542-6566 for assistance with disposal before putting the
item outside.
k. Mobile RV Wash Services may be used to wash your RV on site.
l. TRASH PICK UP is on TUESDAY ONLY.

If you witness any suspicious activity, please call us immediately at 405-542-6566 and report which RV site is concerning OR IF IT IS
A TAGGED VEHICLE PLEASE TRY TO GET THE TAG # IF NO JEOPARDY IS LIKELY. *** We’ll do the research and determine what are
the next steps. ****
If it appears that there is a life-threatening situation please call 911. ****
PETS: ALL PETS must remain on a leash. No PETS tied up outside unattended. Please take your pets to the rear of your unit for their
potty breaks and then be sure to pick up the feces(poop) and tie the bag securely and place in trash receptacle. Cleanup fees will be
assessed for trashy sites/dog feces and added to your rent if not cleaned up by you. Vaccination certificates for RABIES must be up to
date and produced to us when requested.
Rent is due on the assigned date. If late, please add $35.00 late fee.
Quiet time is from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY DRY IN OUR PARK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. PLEASE ASK US BEFORE STARTING A CAMPFIRE AS WE HAVE BEEN UNDER A BURN BAN FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
Campfires should be done only in the provided fire rings and only on the gravel. DO NOT move the fire rings. NO TRASH or CIGARETTE BUTTS burned in the fire rings, please! The only thing that should be in the fire ring once the fire is out should be wood and ashes.

Your rented RV site is THE ONLY PLACE may store your belongings. Extra vehicles must be parked in the graveled area near the front
of the park near the sign. Best practice is to park the RV as far to the utilities side and as far back in the slip as possible to make extra
room on the door side of the RV and the parking area as large as possible.
All guests must have a current phone number on file. Guests who don’t respond to messages or calls from the owners will be
considered to be moving before the last day of the present paid rent.
Maintain less than 5 mph speed limit while driving in the park.
CIGARETTE BUTTS ARE TRASH. NO SMOKING anywhere except your rented RV site. There are butt cans near the office for your use.
Please return the butt can before you vacate your rented RV site.
NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS AT ANY TIME IN THE PARK. No fireworks.
CHECK IN: 2 pm CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m.
I/We______________________________________________________________ understand that we are held responsible for
following these guidelines. By this signature, we agree to abide by the rules. We also understand that if our party does not wish to
follow the guidelines, we will gladly leave without a refund.
