THE GLAMP INN Policies & Rules

The Glamp Inn is an ADULT ONLY Luxury Glamping Retreat.

1.       Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves.

2.       Guests assumes any and all risks associated with the forgoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and a  indemnity Landlord against the same.

3.       The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

4.       We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

5.       All guess and visitors must register with attendants.

6.       The total number of guests in any dome cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

7.       Maximum of 4 individuals in a single dome, and 5 in a double

8.   Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 8pm.

9.   Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed.

10.   Guests may not hang any items on the trees

11.   All sites are to ge kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay

12.   All trash is to be deposited in your trash bin inside

13.   DO NOT leave trash out overnight

14.   THE GLAMP INN is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are birds of prey and reptiles. All guest should ensure they are vigilant at all times.

CHECK IN TIME:

All Sites 4:00pm

CHECK OUT TIME:

All sites: Noon

LATE CHECK OUT POLIACY:

Attendant may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departure.

SAFETY:

1.       NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT THE LAKE, USE AT YLUR OWN RISK

2.       The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED on property

3.       The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns are PROHIBITED

4.       Fireworks of any kind is PROHIBITED on property

5.       Use of illegal drugs are PROHIBITED

6.       Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.

7.       Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.

8.       Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle on property, including golf carts.

9.       Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your party (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the property

10.   Open fires ARE NOT allowed on property. Fires must be in a designated fire ring/pit

SECURITY

1.       Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.

2.       Report any problems with your dome site to the attendant immediately.

QUIET HOURS

1.       Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm t0 8:00am

2.       Please be courteous to other guests around you.

3.       Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time

4.       Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the property

5.       Profanity or violence towards other guests or staff will result in immediate eviction from the property

6.       Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refund for their stay
