Cancellation Policy

Month or longer stays:

$1000 deposit required to reserve a monthly/multi-month/annual site, refundable in full minus $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 90 days before arrival there will be no refund. Balance of reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.

• 90 days prior - full refund minus $100 cancellation fee.
• Less than a 90 days before your stay - no refund.

Daily and weekly stays:

Payment in full is due at the time of reservation for daily and weekly stays. Refundable in full minus a $50 cancellation fee if the stay is cancelled 3 days prior to the stay. If it is cancelled less than 14 days before the stay, there will be no refund.

• 14 days prior - full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
• Less than 14 days before your stay - no refund.
