Refund Policy

Month or longer stays:

$1000 deposit required to reserve a monthly site, refundable in full minus $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 90 days before arrival there will be no refund.

• 90 daysprior - full refund minus $100 cancellation fee.
• Less than a 90 days before your stay - no refund.

Daily and weekly stays:

Payment in full is due at the time of reservation for daily and weekly stays. Refundable in full minus a $50 cancellation fee if the stay is cancelled 14 days prior to the stay. If it is cancelled less than 14 days before the stay, there will be no refund.

• 14 days prior - full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
• Less than 14 days before your stay - no refund.
