Refund Policy

All cancellations will incur a $5 fee. 

For Late Cancellations: One night deposit is forfeited as well as a $5 fee retained, the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled and outstanding payments refunded.

If you need to depart prior to your scheduled check-out date, you may be eligible  for a partial refund. Please contact us for further information.

Late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability. Please inquire at office on date of departure for availability.
