PAYMENTS

All reservations must be paid in full at booking and additional charges must be settled at check-out

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 3:00pm

·       (If arriving after 6pm, please call us)

Check-out time:

·       Cabins - 10:00 am

·       Tent & RV sites - 11:00 am

Quiet hours

So that fellow campers can experience a quiet and restful evening, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. Parents, please see that your children observe the rules. Kids under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult after 10pm.

FIRES AND FIREWOOD

NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD permitted. 

Firewood is available for purchase and will be delivered to your site.

Campfires are allowed ONLY in designated firepits and must be attended at all time. 

Absolutely no burning of garbage, paper, cans glass etc. 

Campfires are the responsibility of the guest.

Federal law and Ranch Policy require that campfires must be contained in the designated fire ring.

Fires must be attended at all times and extinguished when leaving them unattended.

Fires must be thoroughly doused with water by 11:00 p.m.

Do not move fire ring.

Cutting of any standing trees on the premises is prohibited. This includes the small saplings which are the trees of the next generation.

Please be aware that due to extreme drought conditions that local, state, or Federal government agencies may place campfire and grilling restrictions throughout the Black Hills including campgrounds.

PET POLICY AND RULES

Pets must be on a leash when outside a camper, tent or cabin (max of 6’). 

Must be current on vaccines and will not be left outside when owners are away from the RV or are inside the RV. 

Dogs are welcome in tent and RV sites at no additional charge. 

Dogs 40 lbs and under are allowed in our cabins under the following conditions:

·       limit of 2 dogs

·       A pet fee of $25.00 per dog, per reservation plus tax will be assessed at check-in.  This is a fee and is non-refundable.

·       Cats and other pets are NOT allowed in our cabins. 

·       Dogs over 40 lbs are NOT allowed in our cabins.  Please do not bring dogs over 40 lbs if you are staying in a cabin

o   If you have a dog over 40 lbs in any of our cabins, you will be asked to leave without a refund and will be charged for your entire booked stay.

Excessive barking, growling or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet-waste. 

·       If we must clean up after your pet, you will be charged a $25.00 clean up fee

TRC reserves complete discretion to require guests to immediately remove any pet from the premises that is deemed to be dangerous or an excessive nuisance.

CABINS

The cabins are dry, and do not have indoor plumbing.  Bedding is provided, towels are not.

Bedding will be changed upon request during your stay and upon your departure.  We do NOT have daily housekeeping service in the cabins

All cabins are non-smoking - a $250.00 fee will be charged for smoking in cabins.

Charges for property damage, missing items and/or excessive housekeeping expenses will be charged to the credit card on file. 

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS

Do not cut through other sites and keep your stuff on your site. Throw your trash in the trash can.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Please help us protect the environmental quality of TRC by keeping tents, vehicles, and RV’s off the grass and by placing garbage in the dumpsters located in each of the camping areas.

Please do not burn or leave trash inside the fire ring

FIREWORKS

Fireworks are illegal in the Black Hills and will not be permitted at TRC.

GRAY / BLACK WATER

Gray and Black water cannot be emptied onto the ground at any point

Both gray and black water tanks must be disposed of in the campsite septic system or dump station.

DAMAGES

Anyone who damages campground property will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.

Customers will be held responsible for any theft of campground property and billed accordingly. 

SMOKING

All cabins are non-smoking – there is a $250 penalty for smoking inside cabins.

WAIVER

This property is privately owned.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. 

 I agree to read and comply with all Timber Ridge Campground rules, Pet Rules and other regulations provided at during reservation process and as posted on the grounds.  I understand that violation of these rules will result in being asked to leave without a refund.   

I understand that there are risks, hazards and dangers associated with the activities and services provided by Timber Ridge Campground.  I am participating in these activities and services with knowledge of the risks involved and I accept and assume all risk whether known or unknown.

 I agree for myself, my spouse, and for all minors for whom I am parent or guardian that I release Timber Ridge Campground from all claims, damages, and injuries, arising out of the activities or services provided by Timber Ridge Campground and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Timber Ridge Campground from all losses, including attorney fees, that may be incurred by Timber Ridge Campground in defending any claim for injury or damages.         

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY. I AGREE TO OBEY ALL RULES & REGULATIONS AND UNDERSTAND THAT VIOLATIONS OF RULES WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND.  

Guests with pets:  I agree to read and comply with all pet rules and policies and am aware that there may be additional fees (other than those charged at check-in) for damages, excessive cleaning and/or nuisance.  I am also aware that failure to comply with the pet rules could result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Timber Ridge Campground and its agents, employees and representatives will not be responsible for and assume no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft accidents, Mother Nature, or any other loss whether injury or loss of property.  Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice for anyone that creates a disturbance, nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the campground policies.  Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any camping fees.
