Totem Pole RV Park Rules & Regulations
At Totem Pole RV Park we want you to enjoy your stay with us. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask that you observe good camping practices. The Rules and Regulations are posted on our website and are available in the office.
General Park Information
-Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
-Disruptive noise, abusive language or conduct will not be permitted at any time.
-SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE PARK IS 10 MPH.
-RV age requirement is 10 years old or newer and in excellent repair. RVs over 10 years require management approval.
-All sites must be kept neat and tidy.
-All guests and visitors must be registered with Totem Pole RV Park
-All unregistered visitors must leave the park by 10:00 pm.
-All common buildings and common areas are smoke-free.
-Wildlife- We are located on over 92 acres where wild animals like snakes can be found. Keep pets on leash and within park boundary.
-Pets – Keep pets on leash. Clean up after your pet around park and inside dog park.
-Trash/garbage - You may place small garbage bags of trash at the front of your site each morning by 11 a.m. If you have a large amount of trash, please take it to the dumpster in the park.
-Security Gate – Opens at 8am and closes 6pm Mon-Sat. Closed all day Sunday.
-Vehicles – Two vehicles are allowed per site. No parking on the grass.
-Laundry room/bathrooms – Open 24/7. Please clean up after use.
-Swimming Pool – Open 8am – 10pm. Swim at own risk. Children 14 Under must have adult supervision.
-Anyone who willfully or negligently defaces, damages or destroys property/equipment of the park shall be liable for full replacement cost and shall immediately be removed from the park without refund.
-Due to underground irrigation and utilities; no stakes, posts, pins, into ground without management approval.
-O-Ring, donut or screw-in fittings for sewer connections must be used at all times.
-All hoses must have a shut-off valve.
-Guests may use grills at their respective sites. Solo stoves permitted if supervised. NO OPEN FIRES
-Discharging of firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited. No open carry of firearms allowed within the park.
- Drunkenness and disorderly or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction from the park without a refund. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or illegal drug paraphernalia will not be tolerated and will result In immediate eviction from the park.
- Totem Pole RV Park is a privately owned facility. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at anytime, for any reason, including condition and/or type of camping unit. Management reserves the right to limit the length of stay.
-Observance of these rules will provide a safe and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. Management reserves the right to add to, delete from, and/or modify these policies and regulations.
-Property assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses for any cause.
-GUEST(S) HEREBY INDEMNIFIES, RELEASES, AND AGREES TO PROTECT AND HOLD HARMLESS PARK, ITS OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (“PARK PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND/OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO GUEST(S)’S USE OF THE RV SITE, PARK’S PROPERTY, AND/OR ANY CONDITION THEREON, WITHOUT LIMIT AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CAUSE OR CAUSES THEREOF OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF PARK PARTIES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUEST(S) HEREBY INDEMNIFIES, RELEASES, AND AGREES TO PROTECT AND HOLD HARMLESS PARK, ITS OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (“PARK PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND/OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO GUEST(S)’S USE OF THE RV SITE, PARK’S PROPERTY, AND/OR ANY CONDITION THEREON, WITHOUT LIMIT AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CAUSE OR CAUSES THEREOF OR THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF PARK PARTIES.
Rental Terms
-Rates include all taxes, water, sewer, and WiFi.
-Rates may change without notice.
-Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 2 children. Additional fees of $10 per night or $100 per month for any EXTRA ADULT guests. Children (5 and up) are $5 per night or $50 per month.
-There is an additional charge of $0.15 per KWH for metered electric on weekly and monthly rates
-Returned check fee of $50
-Late fee of $25 for 5 days past due
-Confirmed reservations are guaranteed by credit card.
-Persons under the age of 21 may not rent unless accompanied by a parent.
-Departure - Please notify us when you plan on leaving the park. All past rent and electric charges are due the day of your departure.
-Electric meters- Read the last day of each month. On the day of your departure, you will be texted the amount of your electric bill.
-Propane refills- Leave your bottle at the front of your RV with your name on the bottle. It will be refilled, returned and added to your bill.
-Check-out time is 11:00 am, check-in time is 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Special arrangements must be made for parking up to dusk. No RVs will be parked after dark except in designated pull-thru spots with prior approval.
-Late arrivals must make special arrangements and must arrive prior to dusk.
-Late check outs must get prior approval.
-No sub-letting or second tier rental of RV spaces and / or units.
-RV spaces will be charged a site clean-up fee if any debris is left behind.
-Property assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses for any cause.
-We do not allow open or concealed carry of hand guns. No weapons of any kind are allowed outside of your RV.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
-Confirmed Daily reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a $40.00 cancellation fee.
-A cancellation fee of $100.00 is charged for Weekly and Monthly reservation cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.
-No refunds.
Discounts
-U.S. Military (Active & Retired) 10% discount on daily and weekly rates.
-Seniors 10% discount on daily and weekly rates.
-Book online to avoid Admin Booking Fee.
Parking & Vehicles
-SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE PARK IS 10 MPH.
-Limit of one RV and a maximum of two car/truck vehicles per site.
-No utility trailers are allowed in the park community except for loading or unloading.
-NO PARKING IN THE STREETS, GRASS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS AT ANY TIME.
-NO PARKING ON VACANT LOTS.
-Extra parking and boat parking is available as space allows.
-A valid driver’s license is required for the operation of all motorized transportation.
Pet Guidelines
-Pets must be on a leash and under control of the owner at all times.
-You MUST promptly pick up after your pet. Waste bags are available at the dog park.
-A maximum of 2 dogs per RV allowed.
-Pets may never create a noise disturbance.
-No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows and/or Wolf hybrids are allowed in the park at any time.
Dog Park Rules
-No more than two dogs per person.
-All dogs must be vaccinated, as well as spayed/neutered.
-Puppies must be at least four-months-old.
-Do not leave dogs unattended.
-All dogs must wear tags.
-Keep dogs leashed when entering and exiting the dog park.
-Clean up after your dog.
-No dogs with a history of aggressive behavior allowed. If signs of aggression are shown, the dog will be asked to leave.
Pool Rules
-NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
-Pool is open 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
-No glass allowed
-Shower before entering the pool
-No animals in pool or on pool deck
-No diving or running
-No boisterous or rough play
-Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance
-10 Persons allowed in the pool
