Refund Policy

In the event of any cancellation of the reservation you will forfeit a $25 cancellation fee (which includes $7 booking fee) 

If cancelling 8 days or more prior to your date of arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will apply and the remainder of the cost will be refunded.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date are completely non-refundable for any reason.

No refunds are given for early checkouts, with no exceptions.

No refunds are given to anyone who is evicted from the campground for any reason.

No refunds will be given if you have booked a smaller site than you need to accommodate your RV length.

No refunds will be given due to weather.

Cleaning Fee:  A $25 Cleaning Fee will be charged to sites not following Bear Campsite guidelines.

Reservation Change Fee:

Changes must be made 8 days or more before your expected arrival date.  If changes are made 7 days or less before the expected arrival date, it is considered a cancellation, and non refundable.

Adding an additional night, no fee (just the nightly rate)

Changing the dates, no fee, only the nightly rate difference.

Reducing # of nights (dropping a night): $10 fee – must be made 8 days prior to arrival or it is considered a cancellation.
