Please read below for important information relating to your stay. 

By Accepting the terms and conditions listed below, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Village Camp- Flagstaff. 

At Village Camp- Flagstaff, we try to honor your site choice as listed on your reservation confirmation, however, please understand that site availability is guaranteed, but not a specific site, except in the event of a Lock Site Payment made on your reservation. Occasionally, it will be necessary for our staff to reassign you to a new site, even if you paid a lock site fee. In the event this occurs, we will refund any lock site payments in full.  

Village Camp- Flagstaff Rental Policies

RV Site Reservations at Village Camp- Flagstaff are restricted to RVs ten (10) years or newer, including Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, Truck Campers, and Travel Trailers. RVs that do not meet the 10 year age restriction will have their reservations cancelled and will not receive a refund. Rental rates are based on (3) person occupancy per RV site with an additional charge of $8 per guest and/or children (maximum of six people per site, per night) and only (3) pets within breed and weight restrictions. Truck Campers must remain attached to vehicle at all times. 

Payment – is due at time of booking your reservation. If a balance exists, it will due immediately upon arrival. Village Camp- Flagstaff will only accept major credit cards, cashier’s check, or money order.  No Cash will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cabin Reservations providing at least 72-hours notice will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cabin reservations not providing at least 72-hours notice will forfeit any payments made and will not receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for reservations than span Holiday Weekends. 

RV Reservations providing at least 48-hours notice will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. RV Reservations not providing at least 48-hours notice will forfeit any payments made and will not receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for reservations than span Holiday Weekends.  

There will be no refunds for shortened stays after arrival. 

You agree that Village Camp- Flagstaff, it's agents, employees, and ownership are not responsible for any damage, theft, or other adverse acts related to your stay, whether caused by another guest, person, or act of god. 

Check-In– All Guests are required to check in at the Resort Office to pick up your rental packet. If you are to arrive after hours, your welcome package will be placed outside the office door with your name boldly written on it. Inside your welcome package will be a site map with directions to your site and other helpful information. 

Departure time is 11:00 AM on your departure date.  Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in a charge equal to one days rent at the published rate for that time period.  We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover.
